I'm a 38-year-old bum who grinds 200 6 max with no goals or routine, this blog is hopefully going to help me maintain order with volume, study, diet, and coaching.

Volume - 75k hands are going to be my target number, I don't think this is easy but it's doable!

Study - with GTO+ 8-10 hours a week alone

Diet - No junk food for 4 weeks

Coaching - I will arrange at least 1 session per week, my guy is quite flexible!

Goal - To make the jump to 500

I have played 9k hands at 500 and we have 3bb ev, hardly a sample but I will get there soon. I have stopped mixing 500 for the time being, purely because it was affecting me when all the run bad was hitting the 500 tables.

Sites playing are BetOnline, bros, ACR, and maybe some GG real soon. Mostly cash but some Mtts will be thrown in to. GL

I got my new toy through the post today, 6 shot custom made crossbow with red dot laser sight. Will post a pic at the end of the week along with graphs hands and weekly review,, good at the tables.

Nothing went as planned **** happended, first betonline decided to give me the boot which is really disappointing for me. Results on this site were ok but not enough of a sample yet. Man then life got tougher with my relationship, still uncertain of what will happen but time will tell. So then I spent some of my time setting up a VM for bovado and betonline, all is good now with sites but not put much volume in. My aim is to get a stable routine and eventually match my goals for grinding studying etc. I did go to put in a massive grind on the weekend but it was alted by a bad beat jackpot which was very nice indeed. Obviously it was easy to quit my weekend grind after the big BBJ gift.
