Every poker player will have tilt issues. The best players will have a negligible amount. When you put in enough hours and enough work you will generally tilt less over time. I don't think I have much of an addictive personality but who knows. Learn to recognize when you're feeling emotional and don't play during those times. Quit immediately when you feel bad if you can. Good luck OP.
