Hello fellow grinders!

So I turned pro about a year and a half ago and am gradually trekking my way through low/mid stakes. I do have tilt issues though and they are of the desperation variety. Would anyone be willing to share if they also have addictive personalities and how they cope with them in a profession where one super tilt can be disastrous? Thank you for any insight and gl at the tables--as long as were not sitting together--

I you've managed to go pro and stay there your personal issues can't possibly be that bad imo.
I mean, you would have gone broke by now if that's the case.

Micro tilt, take a 10 min breather and take a stroll.

Macro tilt, take 3 days off and focus on a hobby.

In general, incorporate stress management outlets like exercise and meditation into your routine.
