Hi again, thanks for the reply.

Probably worded the "this much" badly, I meant could they achieve as much as you have.
Anyway the answer you gave was what I meant

Hey guys,

So time to rep up the last 3 playing days. They are pretty interesting because they came out unplanned and they have very interesting goals behind it. But I believe it's going to be beneficial for me in the long run. Some hint to not just put out some random mystery words, I basically currently play anyone/any table on NL100 mostly(although 1/3 is NL200) without a HUD. I can just say it's way tougher then I imagined but as I said it there are some goals behind this, at first look, ''ridiculous'' idea. So my goal for this month is to make +5k$ HUDless after RB.Will talk more about at the end of the month.

Anyway next week I'm going to Malta to play a invitational tourney. I will represent BPC and because of that I'm really happy. Although to be fair and honest, I'm a pretty ICM noob. Guess I could prepare myself along the way since the first price should be still worth something.

Anyway here are the results:

TOTAL CHALLENGE: 128 746$(LAST UPDATE) + 719.51$(WINNINGS 3 DAYS) = 129 465.51$ / 250 000$

Anyway new episode is gonna come out next week. Till then GL and cya!

@druzhische
TX mate! Well we could say with a HUD I normally never play 4 tables, but without yes. For the sake of the video it will always be max 4. GL to you as well!

Hi fellow poker players,

This was a really long time no writing. There was so many days that I decided to create a shorter version for the post title. Listing 11 numbers would be too much. Well, that's the exact amount of days I've been playing since I'm back from Malta. I haven't checked my results till today, actually a couple of minutes ago and I'm surprised how I did overall. I mean I was playing without a HUD and I played anybody on NL100 and NL200 (very little table selection) from HU till FR.
The results are satisfying me because in general the whole picture looks good. Red line is now more modest and there is way less ''gray'' area in my game. Although it took a while till I found back into the grind mode. After coming from Malta I was a little bit lost overall, discipline was lacking and in general I was as well kind of running bad. Anyway pulled myself together and then finally caught the groove but also in a away I was hoping for. So I can say I ended this experiment in a pretty happy mood. More about it tomorrow in the monthly report.

Now about Malta. Well, I'm really a live fish(hands shaking, pulse rising) and I consider myself actually bad. I mean I had a bunch of Italians at my table that were entertaining me but still live poker, especially tourneys are so boring for me but they definitely require a decent portion of stamina and discipline. Anyway made it though Day 1, but busted on Day 2. It was a she and it was a cooler.
Regarding Malta, I found it interesting. It's definitely fits poker players really good and no wonder that some of them live there. The more interesting part is that I meet Steven aka IMACHAMPION. We went eating and definitely had a pleasant afternoon. There were some really nice discussions going on and I was generally interested in some of his experiences/opinions on a variety of topics.

Anyway, back to the results:

Now some of it wasn't track because I played on my laptop while in Malta but this is how the overall results look like:

TOTAL CHALLENGE: 129 465.51$(LAST UPDATE) + 2 861.7$(WINNINGS 11 DAYS) + 2 500$(RB/FDB) = 134 827.21$ / 250 000$

That's it for today. Cya guys tomorrow!

November Report

So guys,

as promised back with a monthly report. So overall in November I've made little bit over 6k$ without using HUD. As I said I'm satisfied with my results, although it feels a bit weird to see such a volume. But anyway after that it wasn't like it was more profitable for me to stay there. I mostly played 4 tables of 6max and 1 FR on a smaller network which was pretty important since I gain mostly informations from SD so I didn't want the player pool to be large. I also played HU on NL100 and NL200 and it was really cool. I definitely enjoy it more and in general for a without HUD learning approach it was awesome.

Now about the goals of this experiment:
Mental Part
Absolutely the toughest part especially keeping your focus on a consistent level. I mean it's really hard to keep your focus up for hours while 4 tabling(boring for me) on a poker network where you a) play without a HUD , b) you don't always get to see the hands of you opponent on SD so you have to fish for information looking at hands of other opponents. This was really challenging but it was out of my comfort zone which is the reason why I did it.

Technical Part
Understanding my opponent was the goal number 1. Since you can't visualize the ranges, nor realize someones CB, XR or any other lines frequency you have to make assumptions about the rare hands that you get to see to SD(it's not like you can open replayer and always see the hands) and how this are going to influence your playing strategy in general. In the begging I was not happy I performed but late I started to react better to my opponents lines and so was able to score a profit in the end.
The other part was generally speaking B frequencies and sizes based on my whole range and board texture since I don't have any information about his F2CB tendencies. Not super happy about this but can't also C it a fail. I did improve in this regard but not as much as I might wanted to. Think also requires a bit more off table work then only in game despite the time you have when playing only 4 tables.

Anyway here my monthly results:

Anyway my goal for December is probably going to be volume(+150k hands). This is something I fail typically in a while and I might need this skill in the forthcoming future. Not 100% sure about it but will give my best that it actually happens. Really looking forward to challenge myself.

Anyway I leave you guys my video from the Youtube series for those of you interested. To everyone else GL at the tables and nice Sunday!

Hello fellow poker player,

Hans is back at the tables and in 10 days grinded over 50k hands despite a family tragedy which kept me in a pretty ****ed situation. Had to change all of sudden a lot of plans/schedule regarding this month and at the tables I felt really bad and weak emotinaly + technically but now I finally caught the groove. When you have volume requirements nobody asks what happened in your life, you can either make it or fail, and the last one is something I really hate despite my performance at the tables tilted me at times.

But who cares, I'm not happy with my play, but I still showed some profit and will get RB. So my duty as professional poker player has been done. Other then grind, grind(miss off table work) which also interesting improves my game a lot if I don't mass table, I started coaching 2 guys. I do not wanna look like I advertize my coaching services since I don't offer private coaching fee rates. I rather wanna share my experience as a coach. I have to say I enjoy it. They are improving which is very nice to monitor and they have very sick work ethic which is also a requirement to work with me. Other then that I will just the next day coach and grind. Can't wait for holidays to work off table =).

Anyway here are the results:

TOTAL CHALLENGE: 134 827.21$(LAST UPDATE) + 2 689.24$(WINNINGS 10 DAYS) = 137 516. 45$ / 250 000$

So said when I look at that graph. Could have made way more. But what's done is done and can't be unchanged, so i guess I will have to live with it. Lastly, the last episode of me playing NL25 will be public I guess next week since this week I have other obligations and plans. That's it, GL at the tables and cya!

Hey fellow poker players,

I'm back with a 14 day report. The report is so big that 3 session results didn't fit in the pic. Kind of planning to start update weekly or bi-weekly for the next year.
Anyway this update is going to be pretty short because I will create a monthly and yearly one in the next days where I will talk more about my results. I think now 2 pics and a update about the overall score should be enough.

TOTAL CHALLENGE: 137 516. 45$(LAST UPDATE) + 2 620.25$(WINNINGS 14 DAYS) + 3,230.43$(RAKEBACK) = 143 367.13$ / 250 000$

December Report

@slicheri93
GL mate for your poker journey!

So boys and girls,

Time to summarize this month. If I'm looking at all months this year it was probably one of the most challenging one. I mean sure January was the absolute horror in terms of results but December was difficult from a poker working ethic point of view.

First of all you start the month with a volume challenge which given the fact that you have now 2 students + sick amount of activities requires good planning. Then in the begging happens a family tragedy and all of sudden the whole plan is screwed since free days change. The atmosphere that surrounds you goes from positive into a very sad one. Of course your commited students are hungry for knowledge and have big plans for 2015 and can't really be now shoot out or slow down for what happens in my private life or working ambitions and as so shouldn't affect them a lot. Personally it was pretty difficult to handle from a mindset point of view but there are just 2 options: succeed or fail. Of course I wished that in the last days I didn't had to grind 14h, like on the 2nd day of Christmas, but now I can enjoy a very nice end of the year and focus on providing my students with appropriate knowledge and support for their SNE quests 2015.

Now poker wise for it was a very interesting month. Got spanked pretty decent on NL400 in the begging of the month where in like 1,5k hands I dropped like 7BI. So instead of actually hunting everything back I decided given the tough crcumstances to focus on limits where my edge is so big that I can overcome any variance. So I recovered back everything mostly on NL100 and some NL200.
Overall with RB I made a bit over 8,5k$ post RB in profit which I'm fine with as a nice Christmas gift especially given the limits I played. I'm finally happy with the volume. Playing 125k hands is a solid mark and as so I believe I once again I proved myself despite the tough situations that I can achieve volume goals. Have to be honest and say the tougher it got and the more pressure I felt the more committed I was. Still experimenting with my game but felt like a month very I improved so I would give a positive grade overall.

Anyway here is the monthly graph:

There is not much more left for me to say then goodbye till the yearly review which is going to be a very interesting recap since a lot has happened. Till then GL at the tables and Happy New Year!

2014 Report

@friedfish
TX mate!
Well, you can ofc make it on your own it's just that here you get it in most cases quicker, so the question is how fast can you make it. It's really hard for me to give an estimate, since it's all about will, determination, discipline and work ethic.

@DonkCommitted
Glad you like it!

Hello fellow poker followers,

First of all I wish you all a very happy and a good 2015. It's a very big pleasure to share my poker journey with you and so it will continue as well in 2015.

But let's take a look at results in 2014. Let's start with some facts(some hands were lost in the transition to new laptop so the facts aren't 100% accurate):

Money Won On Tables 2014: 81 503.10$

Rakeback & Promos 2014: 59 653.9$
Money Won Overall 2014: 141 157$
Average Monthly Winnings 2014: ~ 11 763$
Limits Played: NL20 – NL1k
Hands Played 2014: 1 114 539
Average Monthly Hands Played 2014: ~ 92 878
Hours Played 2014: 110 539 min = 1842h and 19min
Average Monthly Playing Hours 2014: ~154H/Month
Average Hourly: 76$/h

Overall I'm pretty happy with my results. I mean I never made that much money in a single year. I mean this numbers speak way more then any of my words.
Now looking at this facts I have to honestly say that I'm impressed especially when I exchange it to the Croatian currency. Feels a little bit unbelievable thinking that I made that much money.

Poker wise, if I compare the begging of the year and the begging I can see a huge improved. I mean of course it can be confirmed as well through the results but thinking about my thought process and mindset at the begging of the year and now, it's just like 2 different planets.
I'm very happy that mister Gekko took me in his custody and mentor me all the year and helped me reach a very nice poker level. A poker level where I can secure myself monthly a very nice income. I didn't learn to be the best poker player but I learned who to make money at this game. Of course now I can choose what and how exactly I wanna continue, and I already now of course .

I also continued to grow as a player by taking 2 students. Two highly motivated people eager for knowledge that kind of consistently force me to prove myself and my understanding of poker. So besides the personal poker goals I will also follow closely 2 projects were I'm in the role of the coach rather then in the ''standard'' student's shoes.

There was of course this year many more personal highlights like my GF moving to Italy(like Italy a lot for now), my first NL1k shot where I was money scared, record winning day(~5,5k) and many more but I don't wanna make this post too long. So to end this post I will just leave you a live play video. Cya!

Great results!
What strategies have you attributed to gaining the rare positive blue AND red lines in your graph? Most have either the common positive blueline/negative redline or less commonly vice-versa but rarely do you see positive both! Keen to hear your thoughts on this topic.

TX guys for the nice words.Always nice to see finding this thread inspirational.
About the blue & red line topic, well I tried various styles during the year and so actually it was just the case that during my biggest upswing I was using a red line oriented game. Currently I don't believe it was very good and so nowadays I will try to keep my red line around BE.

Hey everyone,

Been on ski vacation, so currently have to keep up with my desired pace. Besides grind and coaching there is not much interesting things to report asides from the fact that I'm in search for a coach myself. I mean NL100 & NL200 I can sit down on almost any line up and have a comfortable grind but NL400+ I struggle playing all line ups and I'm a lot dependent whether a fish is at the table or not. I already have an idea about the coach, but have to see if things work out as I want.

Anyway gonna leave the pics:
