H3 seems fine vs fish

hey mate,

#1 I had a little bit time to review the hand and came to conclusion that, merging AQ in that spot is going to be more than thin, because #first maximize my EV vs the population and #2 it gives me some more combos i can bluff OTR, since i 3b wider vs UTG on which i think i have an edge

#2 is w/e like said i forgot the action

and I play 4 tables 80%of the time and if i work on something speciffic or i need to focus on i play 3

Yeah seems like solid reasoning for h1. Do you note when you take certain lines like this vs regs so in the future you know which regs to increase bluff combos against?

Gl btw

I dont take notes, because its irrelevant, since its either so hard for the regs to catch up in terms of that im exploiting some of these certain spots, or even to notice that i add a few combos in my range here and there. In the end however
,they cant do anything more than make a EV decision which will be = 0, but this is prolly 200nl stuff or something which i shouldnt even bother about currently, and mby at 200nl some % of the pool wont give a *** anyway. I still work and my current focus is on mental game / postflop so still a long way till these stuff start to matter.

Hehe interesting hand with our KQ's today . I like both of our lines FWIW. GG.

You are definitely one of, if not the hardest, regs to play against at 25z, everyone else seems pretty much straight forward. GL

Thanks for the kind words mate. Honestly, I am actually aiming to play more straight forward, than to go for a marginal spots, or chase regs(which imo is the biggest problem of the 25nl regs). Honestly, if you showed me AK there I was just gonna snap quit

Well I like most of the stuff I see from you, and there's probably only 1 or 2 other guys at 25z that I'd say the same about.

Tbh I think battling with the fishy regs is better/easier than the some of the 1 tablers who are super hard to read. Don't get me wrong, some fish are just face up and easy to abuse, but there are the others who are so weird and obnoxious with their play that you are left thinking "WTF is this guy doing, but I guess I fold?!". I.e. The fish that donks each street for pot and is making you wanna rip out your eyeballs, whereas if it was vs a fish reg, you'd know where you stand 10-fold.

1 - you should only muck QQ if sb is a nit, or if btn is a super nit, otherwise it's a very fine jam.
2 - Looks good. Clearly you just ran into the top of his range, the only bluffs I can see him having is Ahkx. Np tho.

Finally end of the month, I havent look at the overall results during the month at all and was super excited to see what i've done. Well... in terms of results compared to my last month, these are looking great given that also, this were my first shots at 25nl. What i dont like and is not showed at the graph are the 21BI Clear spews i've made during that period at 25nl, fortunately im still winning lol. I would've take shots at 50nl, but will prolly not do it for now, since I dont like my mental game and my Turn / River freq, strategy w/e u wanna call it

h1- prefer just checking back this flop. not the best flop for our range so it can be good to have jj in our check back range since our hand is strong and we have decent equity. furthermore, v's like to raise in this spot and it's kind of annoying

h2- why are u defending 87s here vs utg 4 bet? also think you're getting the right price to call his jam here

h3- i like jamming flop here oop but calling is probably good too

88 - I don't like the xc xr jam line, it's either xr-go broke, xc xc xc or bet bet jam, as played your line looks pretty faceup as value with the weakest hand being something like Txcc?

A4s - I'd almost always sq pre, the only times I wouldn't would be if the blinds were fish, that's not to say that flatting isn't good tho, we could just have different ranges. Postflop looks good tho

hey guys decided to not update earlier in order to make this one big update and wrap it up for 2016.

It all started in January this year, where i decided to leave everything else and just focus on cash games. Before that I made one big mistake which was having big expectations, which unfortunately led to big dissapointments, but again for my fortune this had to happen in order for me to get out of this "zone" where i was fooling myself that i was good enough and will make it pretty fast into the small stakes in 2016. At that time im not sure if i was learning from the wrong resources or i was applying it wrong, but it ended of me playing "solid strategy" as it was reccomended in every video, post, thread ( I remember having TT,JJ UTG and just open folding it , but opening 45s cuz lol i can make invisible straights and 2p and having the great ~13/11 stats). Fortunately again arround mid January i had pretty big Downswing and ended up in BQ section, all of the guys were very helpful and some of them helped me in PM a lot also and for the next few months i tried to build my game arround those fundamentals the guys recommended me. After that there was a small period, where I thought I finally got this, but then for my fortune I got bringed back to reality again and had to make another BQ posts to see what the heck is wrong. The guys taught me some things i wasnt even considering like blinds defense / theory / practise ppl on ranges etc etc. It took me 2-3 months to fully understand some stuff and rly work on it with all my passion. After that i met some cool guys and now im here.

This was a year of experiences and intensity of those experiences not only in poker, but also me growing as a person and just see what means to be dedicated and passion about something. I wouldnt consider this year as a failure, because i didnt get where i wanted to be, but more of a year of me doing some stuff wrong, but then again those wrong stuff gave me experience and i learned from them and kept moving forward.

this month and the second graph is this year with some hands missing and etc..

this month

this year

Pretty impressive you can still play poker after still not profiting after more than 1kk hands. Much respect for your passion for poker.

2017 can be an incredible year for you if you keep the passion up .
