Alright a little more background now that I am out of class for the day.

I started playing poker online when I was 16 in 2003. Usually deposited off of my parents stolen cards lol. Would run it up and then donk it off at higher stakes. Began sneaking into card rooms when I was 18 and would make a trip to my local Indian casino that was 18 and over at the time. Played mostly limit back then as it was typically the only game running. Quit playing poker for awhile and then took it up again around 2012. Gave 1/2 nl a shot and ran my initial buyin up to over $7000. Proceeded to pretty much spend all of that on totally useless stuff!

A couple months later I took a corporate job and pretty much put poker in the background, only playing every once in awhile. Mixed results usually, I tracked hours on an old ipod that I no longer have but I am probably up +$3000 from 2012 to current with very little hours. Found out June 2016 I was being laid off. Totally okay with it because corporate jobs suck. I mean it ain't my cup of tea lol. Definitely do not plan on spending my days on earth behind a desk all day!

Along with my severance and my year long unemployment thanks to the great state of California I was able to start attending school again to hopefully finish my degree. I am going back to be a k-5 teacher. I have about 2.5 years left along with my credentialing program. My unemployment is up at the end of June, so I am going to have to find some ways to make some money, so I can continue school.

Currently I am toying with a couple of different option. I am going to be taking all night classes for the next couple of semesters and then when I transfer to Chico the Bachelors program is all online, so I will be able to hold a real job. Right now I am going to try and grind nl around my area for some cash and will also be starting a residential cleaning business. If this doesn't work I am also applying for some state jobs that hopefully I can cruise along while I go to school and finish my degree and get into a field I really enjoy.

In terms of poker May will be all about online play and focusing on fundamentals. When June rolls around we are taking are $4000 roll and trying to run it up. Along with my roll I have 3 months living expenses and hopefully some extra income from my cleaning expenses.

O I am also getting out of a pretty long relationship and will be getting into the dating world. Hopefully I will have some good stories to tell!

I plan on doing a weekly update every Sunday starting May 7 in which I will be posting stats and hands for the week.

Well that is all for now look forward to contributing and hopefully this thread last..................................
