Need Ideas For Realistic Goals. Grinding Small Stakes MTT 30 Hours/Week

Need some ideas from people that have been there and done it.
Grinding small stakes MTT $ 8-$12, 90-180 players.
30 Hours a Weeks +, M-F Mostly.
Thoughts?

The goal very well might just be the hours/week... Otherwise, some measurable goals might be ROI or sng's finished per day? The goal could be about improving your game by upping your notetaking on regs pushfold ranges, or upping your multi-tabling ability (check out Hjalper in the Software forum, wow!).
I think amount of sng's played would be the best, assuming you're a winning player.

Thanks Rolo. I know it isnt wise to put a money figure out there as a goal in X time. In essence this question can be self answered, but looking for others who have been there.
