That skull was me attempting to make something similar to

as you can witness,my abilities with paint suck.

BTW,I'll only update the challenges that have already been taken(otherwise ppl will only choose the ones I'm struggling with).
I worked out today.I'm going to bed in a few minutes planning to read ToP.Studied about ~2hrs today, mostly thinking about spots/hands.I'll crush the studying challenge tomorrow,I feel my game is waaaay off than it could be,I'm not confident in a LOT of spots.Even though playing extremely bad,my BR is 248$
I'm keeping up with the other challenges on my word document.

These challenges remain:

Poker:

-Play 30 hours this week.

Workout:

-Subscribe to bodybuilding.com and start following a workout and diet program(I already do,but I want to start a new one,for both.)

Life:

-Go out to do something(it can be anything that isn't going to the gym)twice a week*and I must stay outside my home for a minimum of one hour, during this period.

-Read 15 minutes daily EVERY DAY,6 days a week. Not about poker, not about school.(I will start with my list of books,"Thinking, Fast and Slow" will be the 1st one)

Other Challenges

-Study 2 hours a week for my FCE English test I'll have in mid July

-Watch 1 episode of anime every day,6 days a week.

-Watch motivational videos(like I always loved to do,but for some reason I stopped)
every day,6 days a week

Quick update in the middle of the day.
I started seriously my study hours,I'm trying to follow this http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/32/beginners-questions/5k-post-how-read-poker-book-1399203/ approach to read ToP,which showed to be useful so far.I've studied already my share for the day(4 hours),I will probably study more since I'm feeling nowhere close my best game.

On that link^,he makes an interesting suggestion to try when reading a book.I have to find a conclusion, and try to argue against it.If I agree,I have to write why,If I don't,I have to explain. And also try to find some fallacies in the way the author presents information.I've made more than 15 today, but his one that follows is my very first attempt: (The following is a part of ToP,after that is my attempt to reason it)

"Beggining poker players sometimes ask,'What do you do in this particular situation?'There is really no correct answer to that question because It's the wrong question.Rules of thumb that say to fold one hand, call with another, and raise with yet another simply won't get a poker player beyond the beginning stages.
The right question is:'What do you consider in this particular situation before determining what to do?'The theory of poker addresses itself....."

Note that,he didn't reason why the latter question is the right question. He just says It's the right question. Here's my attempt to reason it:

I think the latter('What do you consider in this particular situation before determining what to do?') is the right question because poker is a complex game with uncountable situations,so It's not possible for a human to know what to do by heart on all situations(not even close).Thinking what aspects should be considered before making a decision,(the thought process) behind is more important because every "best decision" has a reason to be better than other decisions. These reasons are formulated in a logical manner. We humans, are capable of thinking in a logical manner, but we're not able to remember what to do on every single situation of the game.
When we discover how to these reasons work,we can get close to the "best decision",since the "best decision" is composed by logical reasons.

Feedback is highly appreciated.Ty guys

Okay,I'm slightly ahead of pace for all goals. My goal for tomorrow will be to workout early in the morning and try to log a 10h session in the softest day.If I achieve that,I'll be way ahead of pace for my last couple days.Note that I didn't workout a single day since my challenge started, didn't sleep on time once and didn't watch anime/motivational once too.I read all days till now.My head is about to explode. It's fun!cya.Let's hope that variance comes on our side tomorrow.BTW,BR=303$.Gotta hit 22.5BI for next level and 30k hands for previous level before attempting a shot.
I'm feeling confident with my play so far, which is something rare.Even though I make stupid plays(many),they pretty much always have a reasoning behind, which I'm really happy with it.Obviously the assumptions I make will be wrong some(most?)times, but what I'm happy with is that I'm always thinking of what to do,and not blindly clicking buttons.

BTW,I'll try playing a couple more hands it might be variance, but I'm feeling I'm making stupid mistakes from the button, maybe opening too wide?Looking my yearly stats,BTN is the most profitable position BUT,I'm only 24bb/100 AIEV otb on both 5 and 10nl.

A friend of mine allowed me to try crev on his computer,I found it very interesting,I'll definitely consider buying it in the near future.I didn't give up of the analysis of the hand I posted yesterday.I was just clueless on how to start it.If I clear my volume goal for tomorrow,I'll definitely do the review monday.
Oh,I started 3tabling too

-Go to bed before 12PM at least 5 days a week. 5/7

I'm not really disappointed for having failed on some challenges, they were the easy ones.I'm pretty happy I succeeded in all my poker goals.I probably tried harder to accomplish those challenges that someone had picked up,maybe I should've advertised more about my challenges?
I think I'll take a break from poker tomorrow since my HUD is seriously dicking around and I'm trying to start a new DB,It's taking a bit of time. And ofc I need to get out of my home to do something that isn't going to the gym I think I'm going to skate(board) which I always loved and I don't utterly suck at(ofc I'm not anywhere good either)So,that'll be a challenge for me tomorrow.BTW last thing about poker,I tried a couple shouts at 16nl but my HUD wasn't working so I decided to stop.I think I'll linger on 10z till weekend and possibly try to build a bigger roll for a shot.My BR is 350$.I'll definitely set more goals for the following weeks(with freerolls ofc),but for now I want to have a full day break from poker.I'll be back on July 2nd
BTW,no one won the freeroll(ofc,I'm sick )

-Go out to do something tomorrow

This is a small piece I found and I'm lazy to look for more but I'm sure I updated what/how I spent these hours,It's at some point on this PGC.
Basically I watched 1-4 DJUNKEL exploit vids in his series making careful notes and stopping to ask myself what I'd do in every spot (only that at least 3x the original time spent on the video),watched some TDA(from what I remember)and wrote an analysis of the 1st chapter of ToP and left a small part of this analysis somewhere in this PGC.Also spent some a good chunk of time on flopzilla/equilab

Update:

I hit again 360$ and took a 2.5BI shot at 16z which I lost quickly, then came back to 10z and lost a couple more Now I'll only take any shot at next stakes when I hit 25BI for the following stake that is 400$ for 16nl.MY BR atm is288$ So 11BI left for the next shot.
I lost all my previous hands I had on myself this year but somehow I managed to make an obscure sorcery that will make me not lose my hands anymore. At least I got a couple brand new DBs running

So,let's talk about my game.I'm feeling extremely confident about my game strategy wise.I think I can spot possible leaks on my opponents' strategies and adapt to their strategy better than they can adapt to mine.
BUT,there has been something that was hunting me for a while.I'm a station.I'm not good at making exploitative folds.Even on a given spot I know villain is never bluffing I start thinking "oh I got to defend this % or I'll be exploitable"=******ED.And ofc that makes me call rivers like ******ed.
That's why,I'll employ this new system which I discovered on karloters' video on GS.I have already created my own spreadsheet, where I'll put links to my hands that I think either I made a good/bad call in different scenarios. That will make me review HH-something I HATE doing.Who cares,if my game needs that then It's exactly what I have to do.
Here are a couple hands(which will also be linked to my spreadsheet)
I had a couple hands which I thought were coolers so I'll only post the ones I think are interesting.

UTG was a solid reg,SB was a 1tabling shortstacker.I think pre there's nothing I can do besides cold 4betting to try to gii against the fish. When utg 5bets so small I got odds to call.Flop I'd need utg to be cbetting with QQ+,AKs for a slightly losing call, which is something I think is not happening,I think utg's range here is KK+ because he's a solid reg and specially with the fish on the pot.BTW,I don't think I would be able to find the fold button if villain had 5bet pre to a std sizing->and I think I should, utg has to be 5betting with all AK combos and KK+ for a profitable call. That's not happening again,he's probably only 5betting AKs,KK+ and that's the best case scenario.Thoughts?

Villain was 3betting a bunch pre(10%)and had a WWSF of 63 and AF of 4.1,I called down thinking on how he'd perceive my range,I could never have any Ax.He can only rep AA(1),AK(6),AQ(I don't think he'd 3bet all combos pre so I'll discount half)(3).I don't think these guys would cbet QQ either. So there are 10 combos that can take this line for value. In game I considered he'd have all KJ,JT combos,(since he was so aggressive)so he'd have 32 bluffing combos making an easy call down.Considering what he showed with on SD I think my last assumption is probably right.
