I think of poker all day. Before/after work and every moment in between. I want to be great.



Strict BRM -
$300 = Max $3.30 MTT's
$500 = Shot take 20 $5.50 On-Demands - $5.50 F/O's.
$700 = Full time $5.50 OD's, drop .55c OD's - MTT's up to $7.70
$1,000 = Mix in $11 MTT's.. selective $10 OD's.
$1,500 = *Option for $500 W/D for streaming gear*
$1,500 = Mix in few $16.50 MTT's.. shot take 20 $22 MTT's.
$2,000 = $3.30-$22 MTT's. Shot take some $30's. Selective $22 OD's
$2,750 = W/D $750 for personal use
$3,000 = $5.50-$33 MTT's & $5-11 OD's w/ selective $22's.
$5,000 = $5.50-$55 MTT's - ALL OD's.
$6,000 = W/D $1,000 for personal use
$10,000 = W/D $4,000 for personal use

(Note: Can play re-buys but only up to max amt.. ex. $300 BR, $1.10 tournament allows 3 rebuys up to $3.30)

Same thing will be followed on BOL but much less volume.

If $10,000 is reached, I will have paid off all my loans and still have a bankroll!

I'll update with analysis of hands. I want this to be my active blog, and my last. If I fail, I will take a LONG extended break from Poker.

I work full-time 8 hours a day but still put in volume because I love the game.

My only study material is RaiseYourEdge & the methods I learn from it.

Anyways, so far so good! Volume was suuuuuper ****ty because WPN and Chico issues, but I got to fire a good Saturday session and we finished 3rd in a $2.20 1k for $103 or so. We also have won a few $.55 OD's to stay afloat. I took some $5.50 shots.. two bullets in the $10k and a $5.50 5k and another $5.50 OD. I regret that as I cashed none of them and my graph would be looking much sicker without the $-22 from stakes I shouldn't of played.. so I'm going to be getting much more strict.

I plan to play AT LEAST 200 MTT's by Sunday this week, and probably another 50-100 SnG's on Chico. I can randomly play the $1.50 hypers on BOL while I work so that helps volume as well.

My focus on life is changing daily. Some days I want to find a new job that takes all my time and start a career in sales (which I'd do well in) or just get my real estate license and start selling my fathers custom homes etc.

If I had 100k right now, I'd relocate somewhere and play poker for fun and video games. I can hustle selling Madden Coins & flipping currency on games and easily clear $1k+ a month not counting poker profits.. but my girlfriend has a great job and it's tough. I want to be with her, but I also want to do the whole travel and live outside of the USA life. I'm so sick of paying $1,000 a month for rent.

Quick update:

Volume is going to suck this week again, oops.

I spent a little extra time with the GF this week and did a little more physical activity. Went and played VB for the first time in 2 years.. before then I was playing at the highest level for amateur men.. so it was good to play again.

I did play a little, binked off a .55 OD for $13.50 and then made a run in a $400 GTD Turbo with $120+ up top.. couldn't hold late. Oh well.

My volume this week is going to come primarily from Friday/Saturday. I hope to grind out 75 MTT's each day.. which will be VERY difficult lol but it's an ambitious goal.

No graph until Wednesday this week as I'll take next Tuesday off and it takes 24 hours to update WPN graph.

What do I do about this..

I see 1 min left a late reg in a $16.50 3 seat GTD to the 50k.. with 4 people. I register right before it ends.

Other guys shove first hand. I fold. I get a free ticket ($99).

Problem? Add-on is a huge stack and it's almost 100% necessary unless I get like 7-8x starting. So what do I do about that? Do I sell 50% of the 50k, add it to the BR to cover the add on?

Week 2 update:



Volume sucked again.. but can't help it that WPN doesn't run. Saturday we balled out. We binked off 5th in a $2.20 1k and a 3rd. Some reason the 5th isn't showing up on Sharkscope, oh well. We also played the 50k Sunday with our ticket that we won.. and binked out a min cash for $500. Such a weird format.. 11-30th pay $500. 10th = $1000. and goes up from there.

We get past bubble with ~5bb.. average is 10 or so. Folds to us in SB, we jam QTss.. J5 calls off for stack and we flop a Q. Turn 5. River 5. .

Still happy with the result. Sadly I sold 50% because I didn't want to fork out $99 for the 100% needed Add on.. that bit me in the ass but whatever. I'm happy with profiting. Had to pay $150 out of pocket to guy who invested + his 100 back. So I'll take out $150 from my WPN balance to counter balance the amount invested.

Hoping to pick up volume on BOL as we are rolled for $5.50's.

Didn't field a cash on BOL today.

Played a $22 buy-in MTT with a facebook group.. I think 18 people? Won it. $250. Had a full backer though so we chopped it 50/50.. zero risk for me.. easy field. GG.

Was interesting that the other two guys I know and are a part of a staking group here. Happily had major chip lead.. came into FT in last. 4 left. Shorty jams, 2nd shorty jams, 2nd folds I have QQ snap.. hold vs two underpairs and I'm HU with massive lead lol.

Was nice to put $120 in my pocket really quickly

We've done decently well this week.. pretty much break even. I took some big shots yesterday firing the $11 7.5k (and add on) and a few $5.50's and a $8.80. Didn't cash any.

Made a run in my final two tournaments.. ended up winning the $60 GTD For $76 and cashing the $3.30 $500 GTD in 12th for another $13 to save the day. We're top 20 in the leaderboard for bronze MTT so that'll be extra cash coming in.. maybe I can win it if I ship a few things tonight and make some runs in the $2.20's on Saturday. Volume will be STOOOPID these next few days. Playing at work right now and we're 4/6 in a baby $25 GTD.. ($13 up top) but its the points that matter for these.

Just going to be firing anything from .01 to $5.50 with hopes we can accumulate enough points to get that $250 up top.. problem is leader is a crusher at the same stakes so I'll be facing him often.

Sadly I got hit with a $2,000 collection notice in the mail from my college.. my mom failed to pay it so it transferred to my name and therefore they want to accumulate the money.. fun. I have to mail something in Monday that says I dispute it.. then I'll hopefully come to a deal with them for like $800-$1200 and just borrow the money from GF to pay it. Just annoying that I have to deal with this ****... oh well.

If I reach $1,000 this weekend, I'll draw out $750 to help with some costs IRL but will make sure I mark so I keep accurate following my bankroll.

Graph will come Sunday? Maybe Monday. Hoping to knock out 100+ MTT's this weekend.. shouldn't be hard! (especially if WPN goes back up).

Meh.. rough week.

Made some dumbass mistakes by playing out of my limits.. fired some big stakes on BOL and regretted it.

Luckily I made some OKAY runs to save the day including a FT in the $9.60 Prog KO to busted 7th with 8bb A9 jams into our stack we have 66 and call of and don't hold. Oh well.

This week is about sticking to BRM. I plan to fire the $9.60 twice a week a most (and I consider this my "shot"). Everything else will be strict BRM as listed above. Sadly WPN's schedule is ass right now so I'll just keep my $150 on ACR until I decide my plans with that.. could move it over to global if they add more micro MTT's.

Either way, I'm going to get back to studying this week. I want to watch 3 videos minimum on RYE and take full notes. Some of these videos I'll be on my 3rd time with in-depth notes but yeah.

Overall, I think I ran miserable early and got **** on because of my tilt after.. I mean I was playing so reckless and when you play reckless and don't hold.. hard to win.

Back to the grind.. prefer to post graph after next week? Maybe at the close of the month..

Considering moving back home in September once my lease is up.. work for a few months so I can pay off my loans and then again move to Seattle with GF and try to build a career or get my Real Estate license and sell my dads houses (he's in construction). If that happens my volume will be INSANE for those few months of studying/working part time.. because no GF and 25 year old living at home lol.

Feel's good to make up for the weekend. I played lights out, ran okay and finished. I'm getting a good feel for BetOnline.

Update:

Great few days last two days.. sadly Sharkscope isn't updating the day that I crushed.. so I'm losing motivation to continue this if I can't accurately track it super big let down.

Yesterday we won the $3.30 Freezeout for $89.. but we fired the $11 7.5k with add on so that stung.

Overall, we're playing well. I also ran deep in that same MTT I won earlier in the thread, buy in for $22.. well didn't win but got 2nd for $260.. my split was $120/$140 for backer.. probably the softest tournament I've ever seen.. pretty unreal. They're growing daily as well.

If I win another, I'll cut out my backer for it and full dime it. It's nice winning $100+ nightly when I get home from a MTT from a poker group on facebook.. been paid out instantly both times.

500-88 = $412 profit in 4 tournaments $22 ABI hehe.

Graph is kinda pointless to post until I figure out a fix...

To my massive audience (lol): Should I email sharkscope and ask them to add it with valid proof? I have the proof as BOL keeps everything in their history. Tell them I'm doing a challenge and need the assistance?

Well.. still having BOL issues so might have to restart with $100 on there because I fked up and used a bonus and have to clear a **** ton of rollover to take any funds out lol.

So I'm going to bet until I clear the rollover, if I get swiped.. oh well. I'll redeposit $100 and start over again.

Luckily, my luck turned and my buddy put me in the $55 15k on WPN.. and I got 5th for $1,100.


I'll update with graphs once I figure out this BOL situation. Meanwhile I'll be playing on WPN all day tomorrow as I took the day off from work.

Lack of updates has sucked.

Luckily, May went very well as you can see above.

I took out some money and fired some Sunday shots, and didn't hit a large run.

Now that we have some stability, we are going to restart some of the BR and restart the goals!

I won't redeposit, obviously and will only take out amounts once $1,000 has been reached on different sites. I've been loving playing BOL and Global so I'd assume most of my volume will come from then!

Girlfriend & I are relocating to Chiang Mai in 2019 so getting prepped for that transition as well!
