No run good for me today

Leveled my self into making a bluff jam pre. Apart from that I'd say I didn't make many mistakes today

Villain was aggressive 4better and I thought that given I'm 3betting a fish he would be 4betting me with a wider range here. Flatting is also an option but I hate flatting in this position.

If you do some studying off the tables, you'll find that AQo is the nut worst hand to choose to jam pre in terms of a continuing range. It's a bit villain dependent, but that won't skew anything to the point where you have an excuse to do it at these stakes

42hh - I think this is somewhat overplayed - I'm only going that big otr if he called fast on turn, otherwise I don't think you find many worse calls
TT - size up turn imo
AJdd - if you called flop because he's aggro then that's fine, otherwise I am always raising

I'm surprised to see you saying that you always raise flop here. What range are you giving hero preflop? we don't have QQ KK TT (J9s seems really loose pre) so we have AJs as our only strong hand.

Also what do you think of the AK river jam?

Honestly I think most of this is down to bad luck. I don't really feel like I'm being out played or anything it's just that people are avoiding my strong hands and picking off my bluffs. Regs don't seem that much different there are a couple of really good ones that play 200z and sometimes 100z but that's about it. Still alot of fish and plenty of bad regs

Einstein defined insanity as...

"doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

So far your pgc looks suspiciously like your last one.

Here's a few things you could do differently if you want (it's your blog).

Ban yourself from using words like: luck, runbad, variation, downswing etc (nobody cares)

Stop posting coolers. Nobody learns fa from coolers.

Post some stats to back up your reads.

Post hands w/o results (not even in spoilers) get a better/more real idea of how other people play a hand they don't know the result of.

Or not...just trying to help.

If I'm running bad I'll say I'm running bad and getting unlucky. Same thing goes for when I run good. I'm not sitting here and saying "ughh losing all my money to running bad... Below EV.... blag blah blahh". I'm obviously making costly mistakes like the AQo jam but i'm obviously not on the positive side of variance. I'm not focusing on bad variance as much as I used to and I'm not chalking up all my loses to running bad like I used to.

I would still be stuck at 25z if I was doing the same thing over and over again.

You have posted a -$1k and -$600 session already. A fair chunk of that $5k profit has been wiped out. Tbh I find it hard to understand how you are in profit. Your mindset is awful and you are clearly making a ton of mistakes.

Move down to 50nl, like mirage01 says. 100nl is way out of your league. You already took a shot at it earlier and posted a -$900 loss. You understand the meaning of a shot? You move down if it fails. You don't keep playing there and losing money.

Villain 3b to 8bb from a 3x rfi? We have TT (why did you say we have 0 TT, 4b gii TT everytime co vs btn is too aggro at 100) KT QT J9s, all AJ (incl AJo), yes the board is better for villain, but we need to raise some stuff, and not raising the nuts is never going to be the right approach in this spot

ak pretty std imo

aahhh missed his preflop sizing thought it was larger.

Anyway he 3bets 22% BTNvsCO so I thought 4b gii TT would be standard. 22% isn't that much of a high number given positions but still it's on the aggressive side.

Graph since last update.

I ran very well. had a +13BI session which was much needed.
Volume has been okay. I've barely played in the last 2 days just been chilling and studying.
It felt really good just to relax and not be stressed for 2 days. But back on the grind!

Tweaked my game a bit since 50z which I think has helped me alot just basically being more aggerssive postflop, I also changed my sizings a bunch and it's turned out pretty good atm.
Feeling pretty comfortable at 100z now. Haven't really noticed much of a difference between 50z and 100z. Pool in general is slightly more aggro (but regs don't nearly attack capped ranges as much as they should) and there are a couple of pretty good regs that's about it.

vs spewy reg. Not sure why it's saying his 3b was 9%. On my HUD it says 11.9%
