Hey guys,

I've been reading 2+2 for a while but i finally decided to make an account and actually become a part of the community.

My career?
I started playing NLHE live poker 18 months ago and played for 1 year with mediocre results. 5 months ago I decided to switch over to online poker understanding that, with a good schedule and a lot of studying, it will allow me to improve much more and give me more room for success, given that i put in the hard work. I deposited $50 on pokerstars around 15th of March 2018 and these are my results since.

https://gyazo.com/282b16c209d2ebfc0cb7bac138ad0e4b

As you can see I started playing 5nlz and 10nlz then switched over to regular tables for now and I am currently playing 25nl w/50bi bankroll, hoping to move up after 80k hands in profit and proper bankroll. My results have been mediocre at best but I am constantly working on my game and studying almost every day. My current schedule is 3k hands a day, 6 days a week and also 30-60 min of studying before every session.

What am i expecting from 2+2?
Not too much, just an opportunity to post some hands and graphs, talk to some people and hopefuly show my whole journey to high stakes!

Here is an update on my journey. Basically I improved my winrate on 25nl by a lot and took a few shots at 50nl, the first one went well but I made the mistake of overadjusting my game which, in turn, worsened my game. Made some new readjustments and im hoping to soon get a stable wr. Here's my graph so far. It's a small # of hand but I'm working on it!

Another update on my 50nl results past 2 weeks. Not the best winrate but at least we stabilized and are overall in profit. Will post next update in another ~30k hands.

I guess no one is posting but in case someone is reading, I have decided to start a challenge, going from 50nl to 200nl in 4 months. I will be posting in that thread for the duration of the challenge. Then after that challenge I will post here about my results on all stakes over my first year of playing online. Hopefully that graph will include 200nl

Btw these are my overall results after 7 months of playing online. Pretty crappy but i guess im still winning so im doing something right

Just an update more for myself than anything else, since the thread is basically dead.

During 2019 I played a mix of online and live, start of the year it was mostly online with mediocre results(i think my mistake was grinding mostly volume instead of focusing on quality of play + studying/improving) and then I mixed live and ultimately went ahead and played only live during second half of 2019, I had great results and although I was staked through most of it I made around $70-75k playing mostly 2-5 and 5-10 with a few higher stakes sessions(even played up to 20e ante). I travelled abroad to play in a few countries such as Cyprus, Slovenia, Italy etc..

2020 started off kind of slow, i played on some apps with mediocre results, but then in February decided to join a CFP group(great decision looking back), started off playing 50z on Stars(even though I was probably breakeven-ish, should have started 25z) and went ahead and got an office with a grinding buddy. Sadly coronavirus forced us to move out of the office and since then I've been grinding from home. A bunch of IRL stuff happened as well which ruined my volume for 2020 but I am still very happy with my online results and before Stars shut down access for my country I managed to move up from 50z to 200z and also became a coach towards end of the year. After that I had to move to another site and for now im playing on GG rush & cash, mostly on 200 but mixing in some 100 as well.

These are my last years' results on Stars until they restricted access to my country:

I also put in around 100k hands on GG in the meantime and also some volume on apps(had a horrible experience on apps). Anyway maybe I will update again soon if I see someone is interested.

My goals for 2021 are focusing on more volume, improving my knowledge about the game and also maintaining my quality of play (or possibly improving it). Another nice thing would be switching to regular tables and establishing myself on 500nl but I wont make it a goal since its kind of results oriented thinking. Anyways, cheers to anyone reading, if there's still someone here

EDIT: Also if anyone is wondering, the CFP group I joined(and eventually became a coach) is BluffTheSpot and honestly I have only mostly things to say about the guys, would really recommend anyone who is looking to improve at poker to take a look!

Nice progress. I joined BTS CFP at 50nl 3 weeks ago so hoping to improve and move up stakes eventually. Best of luck in 2021

A lot of playing, some studying and definitely joining BTS tbh. Had some 1on1 cfp's before but the power of community and also some of the best players out there is really a great environment for improvement imo

January 2021 Update

GG results:

ACR results:

Finished the month with decent volume compared to last 4 months, finally feel motivated to put in more volume and also do more studying/coaching. In January I decided to make the switch from fast formats to regular tables after prob more than 1m hands on fast formats(mostly zoom but a little bit of fastforward and Rush&Cash). I played from 5z all the way through 10z, 25z, 50z, 100z and 200z(also 50-100ff and 100-200 R&C). At this point, even though I love fast formats, it doesnt make much sense to keep playing them since my hourly will be decently higher on reg tables(esp because im overrolled for the stakes I play so I can table select higher stakes). From now on I hope to be playing anything between 200-600nl regular tables(maaybe 1k if I see a really nice fish). Do a lot of studying and coaching and do my best to keep decent volume as well.

February 2021 Update

GG results:

ACR results:

January profit: $6,997
February profit: $5,218

2021 Overall profit: $12,215

Im actually very happy with my volume this month because I got covid19 on the second day of February and haven't studied/played for the next 3 weeks because i was really sick. So all of this volume has been put in in 5-7 days(not sure exactly) and almost all of it is on reg tables. ~20k hands have been played on 500nl and the rest on 200-400-600nl (mostly 200nl). I feel very comfortable at the 500 reg tables on GG and I decided to quit ACR for now for my own reasons. I feel very motivated and looking forward to studying/grinding/coaching a lot more in the following month.

Also, here's a few interesting hands from February:

Whoops, for some reason hm3 doesnt pick up rakeback if its on the last day of the month(im just going through my Feb results and its actually supposed to be more profit for February, $6,695 to be exact, which would put our 2021 total to $13,692). Graph looks the same but with 1.5k extra rakeback so i wont bother posting again

March 2021 Update:

Sorry for the very late update, I was a lazy **** but here we go. Basically last month was best month of my life in terms of poker results but also more importantly volume. I managed to bang out 100k+ hands on reg tables which im very proud of and in the process i ended up sunrunning and won more than $40k which was amazing. Also first time i put in volume on 1k and it hasnt gone too well(although i only lost 5bi).

January profit: $6,997
February profit: $5,218
March profit: $40,690

2021 overall profit: $52,905

Also an early update before i post my April results in a few days, its been going pretty meh, started up 10k and now losing ~5k. I am winning pretty good on 500 and i feel very comfortable but my results on 1k have been pretty disappointing: i lost around 17k so far over ~14k hands Probably going to skip playing 1k for a while because I want to rebuild my confidence, its the first stake where I regularly see HS regs playing and I keep getting into spots where im either unsure or uncomfortable which means I need to study more...

April 2021 Update:

Here's the full update on April, significantly lower volume than last month but that was expected, i wish i played like 20k hands more but whatever. Had a sick session today and won a lot but I tilted sooo hard because I missed a royal flush jackpot of $5700 because i didnt invest 15bb( thought pot was HU for some reason and that i put in 20, but it was 13 actually). TILT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, I ended up losing 1k this month before rb(7k under ev) but with rakeback I made a profit of $7478 in the end. HM3 for some reason isnt displaying rakeback properly so i removed it from the graph

January profit: $6,997
February profit: $5,218
March profit: $40,690
April profit: $7,478

2021 overall profit: $60,383
