Here are the 2:01 am and I'm creating this thread for a simple reason: Finding the right motivation and face the best this year.

At the end from 31 December 2014 has not changed much, but I think we are lucky to celebrate new year and say, '' new year, new life '' All this serves to give us an edge in motivation, to rearrange our ideas, address problems and improve.

I know that i don't have to prove anything at 2+2.com community..and I do not have to have the gratification but the '' good '' I said you must motivate, and the '' regtard '' even more.

Including fever and flu to break I lost at least 30 days and consequently between one thing and another I grinded very little


Some considerations:
- All levels are in euro, some on Hm are displayed in $ because I use on some sites a history converter.
-As you can see the rake is very high (I also played 4MAX tables, however, affect the 6max for at least 11bb/100 than i start from -11bb/100




Consequently each pot is taxed more and the red line is affected (I do not want to be clearly an excuse, I know my **** ago but we are here to improve)







At the end I'm lucky because '' I am poor '' and I win something but I can improve much and I will work! The worst was when I was really strong and I was winning little and nothing (to have a laugh)

I noticed that the top Reg Nagoya2005 "haven't"a CC from MP and CO, he play 3bet or Fold! ( CC just >1% i think particolar situations)
after he 3bet When villain 4bet he flat,fold,Jamming!

Considering positional benefit and composition of our range may be vs 4bet a good strategy where hero flat Or fold and never Jamming preflop vs EP,MP ?

If i flat i have the some top range and my AQ,JJ-TT AJs (for example) crash Villain 4bet-fold range.
I Think that range vs range we can have more benefit considering top range and i think that if we use a flat/fold strategy vs villain's 4bet he can decrease his 4bet folding range.

Have you played much recently, or have you been busy rebuilding your pre-flop strategy?

Because failure to pc I lost hh but i don't grind a lot
I have to start doing sports because I have down periods where grind for me becomes very hard
