Hi. I play MTT's on ignition, ACR and Live. Goals are to win every MTT I play. I refuse to take a deal even if its 3BB deep with 5 players left. If I fail to win a mtt oh well next one. Will post photos here of my victories live and online.

I have subscribed to RIO essential and have been reading modern poker theory. I also eating 300g of chicken breast with 1 whole broccoli for dinner, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, and a rotation of fastfood from KFC to subway or whatever for lunch while at work.

I have a gym membership and will put in 3 days a week of weight training. Starting to do 30 mins of walking each day as well.

Drinking tons of bottled water with a few green teas and coffees to mix in.

Looking at buying some dividend paying shares as well. Wish me luck.

Just got knocked out of the $5.50. I'm just going to be like a ant and keep on playing the mtt's. Don't give a crap about downswings. Only focused on upswings. Is upswing poker training any good? May play some sat's if they come up in the next few hours before work leaving for work in 6.5 hours.

Another Principle I live by is I only enter once into a mtt. None of this re-entering 3 times rubbish. If playing a re-buy I will re-buy to top up my stack at the start once and take the add-on only once.

Reged for the $4.40 sat into a $33. That satty is unlimited re-entry but I will only enter once.

Just made my breakfast which is oatmeal with honey and blueberries mixed through it. Cooked it and put it in the fridge and will eat it in around 6 hours. Will have a green tea with it.

After work get 300g of chicken breast and a whole brocolli from the supermarket and boil both and then eat it. Also have 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with all the good crap in it. Then go to bed and get up to play a $5.50 mtt after 6 hours of sleep. If I go out early in the mtt I may get a few more hours sleep before work starts again.

Friday I will play a live MTT. A $50 essentially a turbo mtt. Then have a good sleep on saturday morning for 10 hours.

Just won the satty. Went all in first hand with 99 against a open shove. Came up against A7o and held. Only 4 in and 3 guaranteed seats. First tournament win. Not really a mtt since it was only 1 table. Probably play a lucky sevens $33 MTT on the weekend for a decent score for first it seems.



Will have a sleep now for 4.5-5 hours now before work.

Playing a $3.30 sat to any $22 mtt. 5 seats guaranteed. On ignition.

I'm playing the $55 $30,000 guarantee on ignition in an hour. I'm wondering if i should play tight as a nuns pussy or as loose a a hookers pussy? might be a mixture.

playing the $33 $15000 guarantee on ignition in 1.5 hours.

I'm going to play the $22 $3000 guarantee on ignition at 6pm my time every day. Weekends I may play a few extra mtt's including 1 $150 live poker tournament which is the best structured mtt in my state. I played a $400 live mtt today but bombed out trying to bluff on the river. I played far to many hands early in the mtt and just lost chips. I have to stop doing that. I don't like calling at all really in mtts unless its a all in and i got the goods. I have won live and online mtts just doing that by not calling at all in the mtt unless its a all in and just opening, 3 betting and maybe a 4 bet. The other options are check or fold which i use. Today I should of opened or folded against 3 open limps with one of those limpers having 56o 50 bigs deep. my hand was 33 and i should of folded or just opened in middle position instead of limping as well.

Also the other day I opened with 44 had a caller behind me and got 3 bet by the SB and I 4 bet all in 48BB deep. I really should of folded and not 4 bet. Or maybe not.

It was a turbo live mtt and the next blind levels its down to 24 bigs for me so i think getting it in there is optimal. Maybe play 5 hands a level so I don't think that 4 bet is bad. I hoped we were up against AK or AQ perhaps from the SB. Maybe get a hand like 99 to fold who is in the middle which I have done before so we got a little bit of fold equity against the button. We might also get SB to fold as well with something like 88 or KQ or something so fold equity there too. Sometimes we are up against AA or KK QQ or whatever other times AK and at least we can race there to double up in those fast structured live turbos. I play to win the mtt and you need chips to do that. and against AA we got 20% chance of doubling up as well which is what we were in this spot. 20% chance of having either nothing or over 100 bigs going into the next level having 50 bigs. I like that gamble. 1 in 5 chance of probably making it close to final table just from that punt and 1 more double up punt maybe flip or something and we are final table and perhaps another 1 or 2 punts and we are probably close to Heads Up playing for the win. Stealing a few blinds along the way getting away with it.

the other option is just to fold the 44 from middle position. I had been raising alot of hands which i shouldn't do too much so 4 betting all in is probably quite optimal i think because we should be getting 3 bet because of our play. I have hit trips or better before and gone on to win live mtts by playing like this and thats going to happen 20% of the time in those spots which leads to a mtt win we probably wouldn't get if we didn't do it.
