MTT bankroll challenge, $100 to $3,000!!

I want to go from playing $2 to $3 max MTT's to $40 to $50 max MTT's, by the end of the year but if not, all is good 
BUT obviously for me to do that, I need the bankroll to do that - atm my bankroll is about $10 but my plan is to grow that to $3,000 .. .. unfortunately I can't multi-table cos there isn't enough traffic on Ignition to have tournaments that suit me/my bankroll kicking off every 10 minutes etc etc, places like Pokerstars would be boss but I'm from Australia and just like ours US friends, options are deffo limited .... anyways I've played 8 tourny's so far and my best result was 2nd, that netted me $19 but all in all I'm slightly in the black which is good but it's early days.... so yeah the goal is to go from $100 to $3,000 and avoid the cash tables.. I lose my head on the cash table, dunno why but I just do hahahahaha
I'm going to try post hands from tourny's I've played in, to improve my game and just review what I did etc etc.... it'll help keep myself in check too, keep me grounded as my wife would say lol ... Ohhhhhhhh also I'm not sure how to post pictures but I'll keep a graph/records of my profit v loss over x time, to get an idea of the big picture... but anyways a few rules I'm going to make for myself:
A) Don't move up to $5 buy-ins until I have 60x buy-ins or $300
B) Stay off the cash tables

What kind of MTTs are that? Regular speed? Turbo? 100+ players?
I saw you had a typo, I thought you start with $10 but then you said 100 to 3000. Well, 30 BIs is not a lot for MTTs as everyone will tell you. Even for turbo SnGs sth like 100-150 BIs should be calculated, if those are real MTTs with many tables, I don't see this happening at all.. just my 2 cents-
Building a roll at NL2 and then playing $2 avg MTTs with like $500 starting roll I'd rather suggest, but proof me wrong I'm here Even if you dont like cash game, sometimes its better starting out slow
