Last few days have been stagnant poker wise, didn't play alot and didn't study alot either. Today I have my last exam, I begin working from the start of July. Plan is to dedicate atleast 5 hours to poker every day while working 8hours shifts, I think it's doable since I have no other chores or obligations.
This is the plan for the next 2 months, hopefully I move up to 25nl by that time, and become a better player overall.

I have been playing for a year and a half, and still playing 10 NL, mostly because of not giving my 110%, trying the hardest I can to improve, blaming variance , bad mindset etc. Next few months will decide how I carry on with my poker career. No excuses, Let's crush!!!

So, right now I have no motivation to grind poker, partly because I'm discouraged by my awful results lately, partly because I just started working 3 days ago, and it's harder than I thought, that's for sure! Gonna have to get used to working 8 hour shifts, hopefully I start grinding again this week.

Damn man, enjoying the pg&c and updates keep up the hard work it's so hard trying to play 1000+ hands a day mentally it feels like you are in prison.

I find that going to a public place + fresh air/coffee and noise helps me bang out more hands (keeps me sane instead of being in a dark room), also grind live poker a lot (coz it pays the bills) so to then come home/come back after a sesh it feels tiring to play more maybe not A-game play.

So, guess it's time to bring this thread back from the dead.. Took a 2.5 month break from poker, started playing again a bit less than a month ago.
So let's get this thread back on tracks! Btw, me and a couple other guys formed sort of a study group were we share some hand histories and talk strat, also we play some play money games, which are great for leak finding and adapting to good regs.
