this, imo the biggest area in today's games where one can get more edge in poker is in the mental game. Even if you're a strong player, if you tilt, you will be -EV in a lot of soft line ups, imagine in your normal stakes.
Usually if you lack understanding of the game, you will end up losing 1bb here, 2bb there during a hand by misplaying some spots, when tilted, you can end up making 20-100bb mistakes easily. Can't underestimate that.
