When I was getting my biomedical engineering minor I had to study regarding diff diets for some project I did aND a lot of stuff online is garbage and/or just not backed up by facts or well done studies
Another project I did regarding the improvement of real time glucose monitoring there was a study done on like 1k+ people where they tracked glucose levels continuously as a fxn of what people ate as well as a bunch of other personal factors and it was clear that people's glucose levels respond differently to different foods.... i.e. a diet good for one individual may not be good for another. Intuitively I really think this makes sense.
In essence, what is good for you may not be good for me.
Every year i am up 20kgs and then lose 20kgs. Main reasons are too much jagger-redbull and i was addicted to ice cream. I worked with two personal trainers before that i didnt enjoy at all and i tried different things. The only thing that really worked for me was AFL from Kinobody. Its the only program i used in my life that i felt both happy and saw massive progress
