I study alot, almost exclusively use PIO and HEM2 database analysis. I create spreadsheets and take notes. Also do hh review with some other people on occasion as well as live sweats.

I've pry studied an average of 1-2 hr a day this month.

Well the pool average is slightly higher but there are some guys absolutely going wild. Which makes a lot of sense. I just did a quick review and there's guys squeezing A4o and 3 betting A2o on the btn.

I'm almost certain the majority of these 50bb guys are bots. You guys agree?

For sure. I've seen them at all levels. EP limp reraise small. Check 100% flop. Bomb turn and river. It's always QQ+

They play well post flop. Like you, they're just exploiting the pool's preflop game, but to a more extreme level.

I have some good exploits on them but would rather not say on here. Pm me if you like. I notice that the owner of these bots def switches how they play up frequently and i'd prefer not to help these cheating pieces of **** out in any way.

those 50bb stacks are definitely cheating somehow. they are at least botting, maybe some other things. i can't win a hand against them. get hero called light when im bluffing and they always have the nuts in just the most random spots (like cold calling 3 bets pre 20% of their stack and hitting nutted hands with stuff like a4o). i've literally just started avoiding playing hands with them until i figure out wtf is actually going on. also not forgetting the indiscriminate amount of times you run something like QQ into AA for 50bb but when you get AK in they just have 44 or something.

a lot of these things can be explained by variance/tinfoil hat etc but it would suprise me if they wern't at least botting

I know exactly what you are saying and it mirrors my experience and my mates also who has been driven nuts by them, and just seem to always keep doubling them up no matter what. They seem to always show up with the nuts with whatever crap they get in their with. mega tilting. Its a legit pattern over 100k hands not just occasional.

Nice stream. Because I don’t study enough I find it interesting to see how other people play spots that come up when I really feel like I have NO idea what to do. The hand where you 3bet btn w 99 (I think no diamond) in sb, bb flatted, then potted J78dd when you checked to him....I saw you shove and instantly thought “I think that’s what I would have done and I think it’s wrong”.....but idk. Then it’s like do we do the same with TT on Q98 and JJ on KT9?

Anyways you obv don’t have to share strat it was just interesting to see how someone else plays spots that come up. I appreciate you streaming and just enjoyed it overall. Good sesh!

Burnout is SO REAL. Can even make you resent/hate poker for a time. Even if you truly enjoy poker. Tread carefully along the line of playing too much, and not having daily balance or ignoring other things of importance in your life.

but how do u adjust vs those guys if the population 3-bets super tight and underbluff postflop?

if someone is 3-betting A4o and potting every flop, how do you adjust vs that in an anonymous pool?
