New latest graph. I'm definitely missing some hh and I don't know why. Currently up ~9.6k for month but graph only says 8k.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but sometimes the HH converter sends my hands to 2 different folders for Ignition for whatever reason then I have to find what its under and add them in.
EDIT. Actually I think it might be Ignition who is downloading them under 2 different files? Either way sometimes it gets sent to my documents under " Ignition Original Hands" Then others times to OS ( C: ) > Ignition > Hand History > Played ID#

My folder, "ignition original hands" is my converter's default folder to send the RAW files back to.

Ya but when you go to download HH from Ignition sometimes it will download them to another folder instead of the default on my PC for whatever reason. Just a possible reasoning behind why you may be missing some HH.

I'm missing quite a few hhs from the last week as well. $$$ figure is nowhere near accurate.

i personally looked in all folders and requested hh to be reset from support and none missing

Well earlier I said I was missing some then stated in here I had a filter on accidently but it was still a few hundred off.... I am occasionally getting errors after I download the hh on the client and I think that may be related

If you are getting error then you do end up losing the HH regardless. To avoid that in the future download your HH as soon as you open Ignition and not after a session. Just close out of Ignition after every session and reload before starting a new one and this should help with the HH error messages.

I’ve been getting one error that I can’t download two hand histories, got them to reset but still can’t even get the link to request download.

Typical bodog hand history problem just like in November.

On another note, could you stop crushing the zone pools and leave some BBs for me to extract. Tyty
