So I got back from Vegas a few hours ago. Super tired. I probably played about 10-15 hours of poker, and basically broke even. I mostly lost all my profits due to stupid plays against aggrotards that don't fold and getting unlucky with AJ vs KJ AIPF with a bunch of dead money and since I had about 65 ish bbs. Will probably take a few more days off of poker, but we'll see since I did basically gamble all weekend in various games. I won about 650 ish but due to my costs, I basically broke even, which isn't bad.

Ughh, still playing/running bad. Played some Holdem ran bad then decided to play PLO, ran even worse there. Probably won't be playing again for a while. Need to get my head straight and study.

You're doing some things wrong IMO. Checking/posting results every single day is a horrible habit. You are just buying into the significance of short-term results. You make excuses and get tilted when you have bad days, vow to never play Zoom again (then do), etc. You also are playing a lot of various games that play differently (zone, regular tables, sngs).

I challenge you to not look at your results for one week. Drag the lobby off screen enough so that you don't see the balance. Squint your eyes when you buy in/reload. I also would consider sticking to a more strict regimen. Choose a stake and format and stick with it until you meet a certain goal. I also might avoid 400 NL. Your roll isn't super big and you can easily lose up to 2 grand in a bad session. I feel like that would cripple you mentally and bankroll-wise.

Of the hand histories you posted, on hand 1 I would raise the turn for sure. The board is a bit coordinated to keep slowplaying, and I think slowplaying is overrated in general in a Zoom 1/2 game. The river is probably a X/f. Hand two, I would always cbet there, why did you check call then check turn? Strange line IMO and you totally let him get there. Your 'dominated pre, no problem' comment reeks of bitterness. I would have pounded the flop and turn. He probably still calls down and hits, but you let him get to the river for 10 bbs.
