You know when you start to tilt it up. And you refocus hard. If even harder then you were before. You switch the negative into positive. If running bad is the Doomswitch. I will call this the FocusSwitch.
Let's try to do it. IRL this time.
Back to the Structure. No shame in playing lower.
1. Wake up, Breakfast.
2. Some 2+2, posting 3 hands per day.
3. Small physical exercice.
4. shower. Meditate 15 mins (really wanna add that one)
5. Play for 5 hours per day. No care about the leaderboard. (****s my
mind up hard.)
6. Chill with book. Or by the basketball rim.
NO WEED WHILE PLAYING. ONLY WHEN ALL THIS IS DONE.
I will do this for 10 days str8.
Then, Next month I will add up some more structured work on my game.
