Another lolhand I just remembered:

    Poker Stars, $14.41 Buy-in (50/100 blinds, 10 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 3 Players

    Hero (SB): 1,289 (12.9 bb)
    BB: 1,172 (11.7 bb)
    BTN: 539 (5.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7 3
BTN folds, Hero raises to 1,279 and is all-in, BB calls 1,062 and is all-in

    Flop: (2,354) 3 8 T (2 players, 2 are all-in)
    Turn: (2,354) A (2 players, 2 are all-in)
    River: (2,354) 5 (2 players, 2 are all-in)

    Spoiler:
    Results: 2,354 pot
    Final Board: 3 8 T A 5
Hero showed 7 3 and lost (-1,172 net)

-4.4% call by villain vs ATC range and even worst if I fold a bit. I guess having a perfect ICM pressure setup isn't worth too much when 2nd stack is a fish.

the fish isnt going to call often there so your play is still optimal?

No, I have to play way tighter because the fish is costing us both equity and the short stack gets ITM risk free.

HID test came out negative which is a huge relieve, I was really freaking out in the hospital and was super nervous for the whole day; probably gonna cut down on hookers and focus more on poker. I barely put in any volume these past few days, been wasting a lot of time watching TV shows. I need to consistently play 200 hypers a day to get Supernova by the end of the year which won't be easy unless I move up since I only play 6 tables. 15s are going ok over my small sample size of ~450 games, my pre-rakeback hourly went down from the 7s so I really need to get Supernova. I'm down like 10 buy ins to disconnects and crashes which kind of sucks.

-7.6% call by fish, kind of difficult to make one mistake that costs half a buy in equity in these games.

Month so far, my volume has been a complete joke. Thinking of moving back to Hong Kong next month, the environment and the financial pressure from higher cost of living will motivate me to grind more. I'm also thinking of offering freerolls to give myself more incentive to grind.

          Holy Christ, this thread.

The only advice I'm going to impart on you, (as someone that's been playing for a living since 2002), you need to make poker your focus. You are simply a chicken running around with its head cutoff, and it's going to catch up to you some day. Get your priorities in order, man.

The bad news: HIV can take 6 months to show up on tests.

The good news: You can now unregister for T$ again

Negative for everything, I guess I run better at STDs than I do at the 15s. Moving back to Hong Kong next week, I need to start making at least $3k USD a month to have a comfortable life there and I really hope this will give me motivation to put in volume. My hourly is not too bad but my volume is a complete joke so far.

My most frustrating and tilting day so far, it just felt like everyone was actually UTG every hand always showing up with an overpair when I had a pocket pair and a dominating hand when I had Ax. The BB just had AK every ****ing hand was so unreal my red line looks like complete **** now because there was a setup pretty much every time I was shoving and I was dominated on the bubble in every spot where villain's range was ridic wide when he was shoving and like I said the BB had a monster pretty much every time I was shoving the SB was so unreal... I also did the mistake of making nash shoves into fish thinking they would realise that it's a bad idea to risk your stack when there's a third guy with 2bb on the bubble but apparently I gave their intelligence way too much credit. Obv I was getting walks when I got premiums which didn't help my mood. Variance from bad beats doesn't tilt me that much because I still see the red line go up but wtf was that session... I guess I have to get used to this bs.

He is now the sideman for an underground pimp, changing wet sheets, towels, disposing of used condoms, mopping floors during downtime, and other menial tasks for a busto player with a proclivity toward skanky prostitutes. Most busto players apply for a dealing job at the cardroom they play at, or apply for customer support at their online poker room, but bustos that hang out with whores become the mop boy.
