A little bit about myself and this thread. I work full time and put a lot of hours in on the tables. Online player from a goons age ago currently playing 1/2 1/3 2/5 (800/1k cap) 1/3 PLO, and rarely 2/5 RxR.

Big fan of PGC for many years, shoutout to apex gazzy RIP rich and rayz. Made this thread to keep me pushing, and show some of you goombas how to really grind. Thread will contain hands, pics, drinking, breezy discussion, dominoes, forex, and shenanigans.

-continue to put in 100+ hour months.
-play more out of town mtts
-continue studying plo and forex
-do not get anyone pregnant

Uneventful day yesterday, grinded out a small W. Game was good but left for some scharnf schnarf that was snapping me throughout the session.

Will be going to west side of the state for 500 tournament at firekeepers on Sunday.

Playing good, results are not reflecting. Got it in twice for stacks with AA vs K2 in a 24 hour period and lost both. On the bright side the game selection is bueno.

Took Friday off for the first time in months, but am back at it today. Going to firekeepers tomorrow for mtt, and cash if I punt early.

Random thought of the day. People that play jail rule dominoes are the worst, I don’t care how many doubles you have.

Whats your hourly like? the games are good? Ive played in Windsor lots but never made the trip to Detroit

Crushing 1/2 over few thousand hours and moderate 2/5 winner with small sample. Games are good if you venue/game select. Talking strictly casinos, MGM for 1/2 NLHE and any PLO and motorcity for 2/5+ NLHE

Went to firekeepers for 500 mtt on Sunday. Got 2 outted aipf for all the chippies. Dealers and floor were great, will be returning in October for MSPT event.

The grind is real. Need to start getting more sleep. Put in 452 hours since middle of may (new phone) along with working full time. Juggling was going fine until I recently started dating someone. Prior to dating I would just call up a skeezer when I was on the expressway then hit and run. Now I’m actually spending time with someone, those hours were coming out of my sleep. Sooooo I guess I’ll have to grind a weee bit less.


Poker wise I have been running poorly, but this too shall change. Going to try to hit the Detroit trifecta this weekend (mgm / motorcity / greektown) so at least a part of me can still hit and run.

Hit the trifecta over the weekend at motorcity greektown and mgm. Crushed it at motor 2/5 he/rxr. Broke even at mgm, and got somewhat murdered at greektown. Besides that just been grinding some charity rooms throughout the week.

A MCC semi reg was recently arrested for armed robbery ( 2 banks and a bakery?). Can’t say I was as surprised as many people who have been talking about it are. Same dude weeks earlier was telling a story about how him and his buddy had a few players of Toledo college basketball team on the payroll for rigging games.

Go make some money or make yourself happy.

I’ve been grinding a wee bit less pat week. Paid off my student loans so I am officially #debtfree. Also have opportunity for new job with better pay and more growth. But if a commute but I am excited about it overall. Third piece of good news is that I am looking into buying a fixer up home to flip for the low low.

Good things happen if you grind hard and keep your head up. I was somewhat recently broke due to court case and life ****. Did a little time, and started grinding the dominos in court ordered halfway house, used dominoes winning for iggy depo, ran it up and cashed it out for live roll. Grinded my way up from 1/2 to 2/5+. There is money all over, you just have to tie your boots and go get it.

Congratulations on being #debtfree. I hear ya man. Just last week i was going through a similar experience with the whole court/halfway house bs, took me about 18 months to be done with the whole thing. Now ive finally gotten to a point where im truly free. Free in the places i go and the money i own. Getting out of that **** not only #debtfree but also running up a roll. You should definetly look into real estate Michigan is a buyers market you need to capitalize on the housing prices now because the prices will likely increase drastically in the next few years as more and more investors are buying the cheap property in detroit.
