My name full name is Miro Paterek, I am from Slovakia, and two weeks ago I had 18 years.
I play online poker since my 16, currently I play 10NL with nice 8bb WR.
Last 25k hands.


I beat 10nl, but I struggle on 25nl, its not strategy issue but mindset issue.
I have played 116k hands there, and I am losing. Last 4 shots didnt go well.



Now I am in CFP with Asimos, and I love his coachings, he is very smart and good coach. He already helps me a lot. He gave me the best strategy, very good mindset advice's. So I know better but I dont do better. My biggest leak is that I spew a lot. I play on soft sites and i tilt against fishes like 90/40. But I still believe that i can fix it. Now I have asimos photo next to me, also his graph and always when I autopilot or I spew I look at this pictures and I ask myself if he would do this? This help me, I just need to have beast like Asimos next to me with his graph.

So I want to discuss my goals.

Number one goal is to play poker for living, because I love this game, i love poker lifestyle, I love coachings, I love whole process of growing up in poker.

And then I want to beat 25NL with 8bb WR.
Thats why I started this blog, to track my progress on 25nl. And show the results to other people.

I still have 1.5 year left in my school so I have a lot of time to improve, but before I will leave school I want to play 100NL and have good income to play poker for living and do what I love.

And lastly about my personal life.
I am doing mutual arts since my 12, about 6 years so far.
And I love them. I was doing krav-maga for year, box for year, also MMA, and from all this mutual arts I like MMA the most.

And the name "Time To Go BEAST MODE" is because I wont no longer cry about variance and how bad I run. No I have winner mindset because I accept variance, I take the initiative and I look for solution.

11H GRIND behind me,
I took 5 shots on 25nl, all failed


and 10nl as always, I totally destroyed this limit


on 25nl I play kind of scary poker, I am afraid of doing certain aggressive actions, I play passive and tight
but on 10nl I am very aggro, and I make pressure on my opponents, I am not afraid at all, I can see that on my redline

I am scared of doing some moves because its higher limit, and it cost me more when it doesn't work... so I am scared of money

but with this attitude I wont beat this limit, so goal for next session is to play same game as on 10nl no matter what

so far, I took 58 shots on 25nl, all failed, once I was there like week but then I lost big part of my roll and I moved down to 10nl

I believe that 59th will be successful!

how many hands on nl10 do you have? and what is your winrate if you dont mind sharing.

Goal to play aggressive poker like on 10nl is DONE.
I played my game all the time, I can see that on my redline (I never had redline in positive on 25nl)


Goal for next session:
- dont open skype during a pause

Tomorrow I wont play a lot, probably 3h, cause I have school and MMA training, and also not big traffic, so I will mainly analyse my play from weekend and I will look on asimos coachings.

my thinking process OTT was that my kicker is bad so I want to pot control and probably XC (vs reasonable sizing), XF
but he pots it, so was thinking that he has a lot of FD and I can deny his equity
but OFC, he has **** ton of better 8x, and I cant ever X shove here
right play is to just fold, I dont need to hunt every spot against this huge fishes


... thats already 2 biggest loses, both spew off, and I can continue...

but in game my general attitude was to be aggressive but it doesnt work on this soft site, regs and fishes are calling station so I need to adapt in right way

so, goals for next session:
- focus on playing simple poker
- dont hunt every spot
- dont have attitude "ooo I need to be aggressive" because thats not the way to win money at this site
- play calm game, and take only clear spots, spots where I have evidence and where I feel happy with my action

Hey,

I was destroyed again on 25nl, after my hot run, I lost everything I won in this hot run so I moved down to 10nl

and there I hit huge swing and lost about 30BI and 10BI under EV


now I ma grinding 10nl and I will grind this limit for the rest of the year

and I will take 60th shot in 2018


and why I lost so much?
because I was spewing, overplaying

but now after talk with asimos I play simple, SUPER SIMPLE, I dont spew at all, I take only spots where I have BIG EDGE, not spots like +2bb

and its going well, I have 15bb last 3 days (10k hands)

so I need to continue with playing simple poker and not spewing then asimos will allow me to take 60th shot at 25nl


and MMA, I am training every day 2 times, before school at 5am and then after school, I play like 4h and then I go on second training at 7pm and after training I play another 2h


so I can put 6h per day easily, but now I have Xmas holiday so I will put more
