Brutal again. After my 5k Upswing (the biggest upswing, I ever had online), I lost just 6k very quick over the next few Sessions. I played bad, tilting a lot and got unlucky in some big pots, like this:

I will take some days off and try to relalize that poker is just a game, where I lost some money! It doesn't change much for me and my personality. My life goes on. I was trying to be succesfull in poker, now over 10 years BUT I dindn't work and I have to move on.
I try over 1000 times but it didn't just work. Something holds me always back. Poker is stronger than my abilities. I see it now more clear.
I have read a couple of PLO books, try coaching, read more topics, study more BUT it didn't help much. I am still at the same point. I never get the right mindset for this game.
I will give up now on cashgame and let it go and is the one and only solution right now for me.
I had some good time, winning some money in "soft" livepoker, went on a 20k Upswing there and end up with 7k winnings. Thats all. Online I am more than 30k down in the last few years now and I am not willing to lose more money EVER in this game!
I will play only some low buy ins tournaments for fun and spend my time with another stuff.
