Update on my weekend grind online.
Sick weekend sofar. 15 buy ins down at some point but managed to come back to even.

Had some tilt issue and was playing way too lose with high 3bet %.
But could fix it. The last session today was 28 VPIP. Here some stats:

Last hand meh, think we should jam pre usually, population tends to have AAxx here a lot at these stakes

10bi swings happen like every few days at plo (at least in my experience) dont give up so quick, plus fold more pre and dont get involved in marginal spots. Live will be high variance too fwiw.

What would you say is the level of play at your live games? 50PL online, maybe even less?
It seems like 100PL online is way tougher than 500PL live, why not just grind live all day? Seems to be working great

@Gerundo I like the competition online and I like to be challenged. Live games are soft and sometimes just boring. Online I can learn more about the game. Sometimes (for me most of the time) the game online is very frustrating BUT there are also days like today, what makes me happy and get some hope, I can beat the game somedays...

glgl. You're making some big mistakes preflop though just looking at some of these hands. Like the 288J flat out of the small blind is just burning money. Something to look into if you are making these plays often as opposed to this being a one-off mistake.

Thank you for your advice. I am making some small steps in the right direction. Didn't tilt much in the last couple of sessions.

Ty urubu. It's not easy to fix some leaks over night but I am working on that. Preflop is a crucial thing in PLO, I know.

Games are obviously super good right now, but please don´t fool yourself into thinking that you actually should be winning under normal circumstances. So many hands in this thread make me laugh out loudly, and I´ve barely played online for years and never played > PLO50 on a regular basis. I mean, lol at that river call in hand 1, lol at BB in hand 2 and lol at SB actually making it to the river given turn action ...

As for your "tilt issues", could you please post some hands? What do you do specifically if you go on tilt?

I think its ok. You have to put your mask on, if you are running around in the casino. The pokertable is seperated by plexiglass, so I am not worry to catch something.
Livepoker is sometimes boring, but is super soft, so you can make money, if you are just play tight and aggro in position. There are some weak players, who play the same style all day long without any variation, so I like it.

Update from my live Session today.
Solid A-Game. Played not many hands, but won the important one and lost not much with some strong starting hands, where I missed the flop.
The biggest pot was a 1.5k pot. I raised AKKxss from EP and got a couple of callers. Flop KJx with flushdraw possible (not my flushdraw).
I c-bet the flop and got one caller from a tight and relatively solid regular. Turn is a blank. I bet more than 3/4 pot and he raised pot

I shoved with more than 900€ and he goes into the tank for a long time, he had 400€ behind and than decided to fold..he told me in the session later he folded JJ
