I would recommend trance music as well if you get really tired of listening to nothing. Nothing is better, any music at all is a distraction imo but trance is much less so than music with lyrics. And you can leave it running for long periods without having to look for playlists.

Thanks for posting about your sleep problems, I have the same symptoms/cause but am not as far gone yet.

You come off as a really smart guy, hope to see you make it in January!


Also lime+avocado+diced celery and tomato is my favorite raw snack!
