TT seems bad tbf, I get 1/3 pot range here (but tbh I probably explocheck QQ/JJ at 25 anyway, people aren't going to exploit you, TT seems close), but I see literally no good reason to bet turn, and river I guess you're just bluffing because you're always losing?

Think the red line is a result of you bluffing too much or bluffing in bad spots e.g the TT hand. But it would tilt the crap out of me if I bet river and saw villain called with KQ.
K9 is a better card to bluff catch than KQ in that spot.

Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah this particular session I went a little loco hence the red line but I did win many 3b pots with out showdown hence the redline, but yeah a little too much bluffing.

With the 1010 hand should I just check fold flop then? Or just flat being deeper?

I couldnt sleep so i woke at 5:30am and felt like grinding. Games are better at this time for me. All the europeans are playing and field is like 400 players

I toned down my bluffing from yesterdays session so red line suffered but was kind of card dead so my stats were only like 20/15 and 5% 3b which is low for me now.

Overall my month has ended in green after like a 18BI DS so glad im grinded back and improving my game

If you actually look at the graph it started off ok then lost like 20BI and ground back nearly 20BI, so very happy with that

i just finished grinding all day and had my worst day ever. I actually played ok just could not win anything.

My WWSF was only 46% its usually around 50%

I think i won 3 100BB stacks..... It was just one of those days where everytime i had KK & QQ etc, i would 4b and flop would be A or K etc and had to fold to pot size bets.

Mentally i stayed ok but yeah pretty annoying

Brutal, Hopefully the rest of the month won't be as bad.

Why don't you employ a stop loss for the day? For example if you go down 6 BI then stop for the day. I've used this in the past and it's helped out alot.

I actually used to then stopped using it. I think I will now cos days like these are killing my progress

im running 7 BI below EV. Hit stop loss again today. Im losing alot of flips like 4b jamming AK blind vs but and always running into top of ranges.

im down 17 BI
All in EV im down 10 BI

Ive lost 11BI in non SD and lost 6 BI in W@SD

Not a bad idea to play tighter and more solid when on a big down swing. You don't need to be flipping for stacks that much anyway its not mtt and they give up their stacks easy enough in better spots imo.

I like flatting AK on the button and just keeping in their ace rags that they 3bet so much with coz everyones seen it in training vids. When you 4bet your obviously just bluffing with a great hand.

mmm i spose it depends on villain. If they are only 3b like 4% sb/bb vs btn then yeah AK would be a flat however otherwise we want to 4b for value
