I didn’t want to only update my thread when running well, so here it goes:

Been in Vegas for a while now and only a handful of days left. The grind started poorly then bounced back however for the past few days I have been getting crushed. Game quality sucks besides a great game yesterday, most of the games are filled with regs. Anything higher than 5/10 sucks.

My main game has been rio 5/10 which has been playing as 5/10/20 a lot. I’m super card dead and running poorly in terms of missing flops, not getting paid etc. many folds have occurred and only two big bluffs which both were snap called lol 72 hours of grinding so far and losing around 9k. Combined with the Christmas loss I’m on a 14k downswing. Which for 5/10 and mainly 5/10/20 and 10/20 isn’t much I guess it’s just annoying because our dollar is weak compared to the usd and I didn’t bring enough money to Vegas with me .

So with around 4 days left of trip I’ll have to start grinding 2/5

Oh well that’s poker it can be brutal and nothing you can do about variance.

other than poker the trip have been great fun catching up with the boys like gazzyb, welshgaz, TS, Ollie, Will and meeting many other great people.

Day off today to lick wounds then back to grind. Send me run good pls

hit 330k hands at 200z nearly 5bb (still more winnings to download)

Poker is ****ing hard, and stressful, but man i love it. I didnt play a hand in 5 or so months, but back at it now.

Totally just a casual 300k hand heater.

Sitting in a taxi on the way to the airport after spending a week playing the cash games at Aussie Millions. The games were extremely soft so I took some shots at big 10/20/40 games and ran poorly. My EV would be something like +$15k but ended down $1.7k.

It was a fun trip with good company.

The plan this year is to continue grinding 200-500z online and hopefully move up. Playing larger stakes helps ease mental game leaks with $ amount swings.

I would really like to make some other live poker trips aswell. Events in Sydney and even Asia are close and cash games are always very good.
