so today was freaking **** house. I went over my stop loss of 200bb and just got worse. Its really funny whenever i break my stop loss rule I ALWAYS will lose ALOT more. its so ****ed lol

I felt a bit erratic with some distractions at home today. I have tradespeople doing some work and i dont think i concentrated 100%......Oh well.

Im still down for the month like $796.50 with a EV loss of $417.61 all from my 100nl and 50nl losses.

Im winning at 25nl at only 1.91bb ($94.36) after today.

As for your grind-tilt issues - maybe just play shorter session, but more of them? Just play 1,5 hours, take a break for half an hour, then another session?

Is donking rivers in spots where your donking range is super-transparent something Gordon's got you doing? IMO it's a really bad idea against anyone but complete droolers.

in the no bs book in certain situations they specify to bluff 4 str8 & 4 flush boards. However, in this situation i dont think they do. It was my silly play. I just assumed if the board was just a missed fd for eg the river was an off suit broadway etc that didnt complete the flush or straight i wouldnt want to bluff. However becasue it was a super wet board with 4 to a straight i though we have no sd value at all and it was a mandatory bluff spot to fold out these exact hands like JJ+. I think perhaps its a good spot to bet pot or something and put his range in a super tough spot. I just watched a video on rio with this nearly exact same spot and they specified to bluff in this spot.

It was a pretty polarized spot though imo

River sizing with QQ seems waaaay off. Boats raise vs any size (maybe not a non-AI overbet if he has specifically JJ), so all this achieves is making sure we get precisely nothing vs Ax. I mean, it's fine from a theoretical perspective I guess, but explo explo explo is the way to go.

hey mate thanks for reading & commenting. Yeah i was a super polarized bet. For some reason i just knew he had AA. He absolutely snapped the turn. I really dont think we would even get called by Ax unless we bet small like1/3 pot. But yeah i agree i took a chance and happed to be right, but was just lucky i guess. Will be smaller in future to get value from a wider range like you suggest.
