Yeah i spose the runout was not the best considering he has Jj in range and we only beat A10, AJ, QQ etc...

So im getting crushed at 50. It seems like a combo of running bad and playing terribly....Im making really bad moves in critical moments and also having to fold alot. My red line is tumbling...But at 100 im going ok so far...Obv not many hands but feel ok at this limit so far

A good example i thin. Flop is great for villain

I don't see how AKdd is a triple there, literally worst river in the deck, what do we hope he calls us with on that run out?

What do you mean...villain had akdd

I had QQ and hope to get called by kj, aj, 1010 etc and I also thought on river he could turn hand into bluff...but it's 50 and population just doesn't do that

hey buddy best of luck....maybe try to include a stop loss in your game sometimes it helps
maxde1 - The challenge of real life and reaching HSNL Quote

Stop losses are for pussies it makes no sense if you're losing stopping when you lose X amount/are you stopping when you win X amount....?

Suck it up grind it out and be grateful you got a heater prior to this 10-20 bi swings in zoom are very common, hopefully this makes you appreciate the other side of variance (in your favour).

As for ''playing the way i was before'' you may not be playing any different just your heater is over and you're not immortal anymore. Now all of a sudden you're starting to lose/hands not holding and you think something has changed.

Mental game def needs some work

I agree i had good variance before however i just completed a review of all hands this month that did not reach show down in pots from -300bb to -30bb and there were like $380 worth of mistakes!

Yep agree again regarding mental game. This is my biggest issue and it causes my reasonable technical knowledge to go to **** when i play....

no graphs today

So i was down 23BI at my peak and have won some back

currently - $975 (-19.5BI)

My mental issues were caused by lack of sleep, not eating healthy and to much beer. Ive been tired lately and not thinking clearly.

I have not drunk any booze for a few days and back to my normal lifestyle of eating well and exercising which has resulted in solid results over past few days. And by solid i mean playing well and less mistakes.

Hey mate, thanks for caring

So i havnt updated because of a few reasons. My little sister got engaged so i went away to sydney for 3-4 days and didnt play at all, which was really good for me mentally. My severe tilt issues just crush my ability to beat the games. This is the only reason i think why im not consistently winning at 4bb+ at 50 or even 100.

Therefore my main focus each session now has just been staying mentally really solid. Ive started to physically document my thoughts on each session and write down what im feeling when i start to tilt or even get frustrated. I can then understand why i tilt and resolve it.

My main issue is frustration. I get very frustrated due to card distribution and also when i make silly mistakes. Im very critical of myself and beat myself up over errors. I need to stop this.

Anyway, here is the graph from the past few days
