I'm loving zoom. It's quite soft, it's easy to auto pilot but definitely profitable.

Current wr is around 3.5bb

Without reads I think first hand is a bet/fold OTT and the second hand too thin, if we're playing A-game and it's not vs an overly aggro guy river is prob a x/f

QQ def too thin, not just because of straights but villain has lots of 2p/sets.

Im not sure about hands one. Villain can 1010 - QQ and maybe even KK (some people dont jam this i find in 25 pool). We also block all sets besides 3 combos of 99, obv J10 is in villains range but im comfortable in calling this jam every time with 2p in 3b pot.

RE QQ hand, yeah its really bad from me thats why i posted it. Easy XF on riv.

I only had time for a short 45 min session today. I have been playing 3 tables of zoom, so i decided to add the 4th and see how i feel. It was more instense but manageable. I think session times of 1hr would be good for 4 tables.

I played very well, made a few good folds etc. Mentally in the zone probably played B+ to A game so kinda happy with that (inspite of headache).

Im getting really excited, I head to VEGAS BABY in like 22 days. Im staying for 9 nights. Ive been to vegas many times (around 9 or 10 now) but just cant wait to get back there. Staying at the Vdara for the first time. I usually stay at Aria or B etc. Man work gets hard when you know you are going away soon lol

day:

My status so far in BPC for the month:

Top 5 baby

And some session hands:

What do you think about my turn X back? I decided to do it because:

* We are 200BB deep and i wanted to pot control
* The J turn hits his 3b flat range of JJ or he could obv have a made hand already
* My plan was to value bet blankish rivers.

QQ looks fine, river is very close
33 I don't think you should cbet, I did some work on underpairs on these boards (I did a GS video actually) and I think x/f is best vs most strats (especially given 25z players won't tend to realise they can just print by betting 100% vs a missed cbet here). Given positions we could also cbet pot. I think probably pot > x/f > smaller sizing > x/c.

ill check out that vid.
in hindsight i dont mind a x flop and call turn cbet, however all turns suck for our hand. ideally i will get a fold on the flop or if called a good chunk of villains range is Ax float so its also a value bet and protection against 2 overs???

QQ hand; turn check is ok but I think there's more value to be had on turn than river here, so I think betting turn and checking back most rivers are better than checking back turn and betting rivers when checked to. As played I would prob end up calling river despite it being one of the worst cards, think we just gotta be careful w underrepping hands when there's still value to be had on streets before showdown. If villains don't exploit it; great for us, but if they start to do we can be overfolding pretty quickly. Anyway, agree w TDA that river is pretty close and shouldn't matter much.

33 hand; vs a non-full stack I think it's gonna be a "x/f or try to get to showdown" type of spot, that being said our cbet sizing looks fine vs recreational, think we can/should pick our sizings however we want vs these players so I wouldn't pot cbet in this spot. As played river call is ok readless, but I'd guess that the recreational population generally isn't taking this line w random air that often so would be careful, it sucks when they show up w 7x/88-TT etc. plus Ax shouldn't be betting river but who knows what these recs think about

hey mate cheers for response. Yeah i totally agree with all points. Sometimes I cbet to much and dont follow up on turn. Im trying to be much more balanced, so stats are something like 54% flop cbet, 50% turn cbet, 48% river cbet or something from memory

GL w NL50! 43 BI is definitely enough to shottake.

Hands mostly looking wp, in 88 river is close but I think a bet is still fine and sizing is good.

AQ I'm assuming is vs a reg. I think it's a call as played, but I would prob just x/c river giving him a chance to rep Ax himself. Neither of you should have 6x really so when he is jamming this we're looking at a chop at worst imo. vs the 50z population it's prob a nice spot to be bluffjamming in his shoes actually, just depends on his overall tendencies. But yeah, 65s/76s should bet turn and I don't think 66 3b pre.

I think MP call with 67s is very loose and i didnt even have that in his range. I expected to get crying calls from AK or KQ w a h.

Its a gross spot and i agree X call is best too. I really feel we are behind i need to do some math on it but i also think villain does have 6x in his 3b bluff range SB vs BB. Maybe i was being nitty

Curious to what 6x you think is in his range that takes this line? I guess 64s makes some sense since he doesn't want to bet when turned a pair, but not many people will 3b that pre. And did you have any stats/sample on the guy at all? That would be helpful to know

im at work right now so dont have stats but from memory small smaple reggy type stats.

I would expect 64s, 65s, 67s, 68s, 69s

Personally against 3x sb open i would 3b 65-68s

so i played a little 50 and started off ok, but im not confident enough with my game and i want a little more of a online BR to play it. Its def harder than 25 with way more aggression i find. So i think ill stay at 25 until i have min 50 BI which i think should be a min for this game (zoom format and higher variance cos lower wr)

50nl 1 day shot:

Back to 25 weeeeeeeeeeeee
