Today was swingy as hell. Well, 1 swing down, 1 swing up
Lost my first stack at 1knl too booo. fwiw i should be checking turn, but the amount of money got to me a little. Was vs a really laggy reg, hence his pf call.

I have to actually disagree here, i think my turn bet is actually really not good vs this player. I can see how this combo would be a bet vs a bad reg though

I wasn't sure what to expect so i was a little taken aback by the non-stop action! It was pretty cool and i can definitely see how a true fan of the old Mad Max would love it

Today was good, felt that i played well although my biggest leak was not stopping as my tables hit about 20. It was total chaos for a monday, not sure where all the fish came from. Played bad towards the end of the session too.
Call down vs relatively unknown reg. Very unhappy with the call otr:
So much for the guys that voted and those who continue to lurk the thread and even more so at 5 stars!
I am fully aware that now it has 5* the haters (and the people who don't think it should be 5* which is fair) will be down voting it but i'm gunna enjoy it while it lasts
Also due to it being the end of the first week i'm gunna do a weekly update on other life stuff. I hope to do this 4 times a month from now on. This first week has been awful for gym, reading but been really good for eating and shakes. The main reason is cus of not playing the first 5 days and banging out all the written work. Next weekly update will include the excel stuff to go with it.
I voted 1star wit 4 dif accs oreddi doesnt seem to have had alot of onfluence
haha, we'll see what happens over the next week or so!

Today wasn't the best. So close to getting back to even late on in the session but unfortunately i got stacked by the infamous xscoutxx. Overall i would have to say i played B- game. Especially towards the end. Not happy with myself for not quitting sooner too. Just starting as of tomorrow the mental game of poker warm up and cool down too so will see how that goes! Had 40 all ins today for 200bb total in 5.2k hands....

yoo so i decided not to grind today and put a ton of effort into making my newest Card Runners video. It'll be a 2 part series, first half on dealing with downswings and second part on using HEM to analyse your game - basically a leak finder.
I also wanted to link something that my brother in law, Dan is doing. It's a bold crowdfunding campaign and is looking for investors to help make London the world's first National Park City. In return for your investment you can have your name (or your friends names) engraved on a monument in London.
It's an amazing idea with so many benefits so please take a look!

Final Board: 8 6 5 3 J
CO mucked 5 4 and lost (-$196 net)
SB mucked and lost (-$52 net)
Hero showed 9 7 and won $453.20 ($257.20 net)
Judging from the hands you post, people playing 200NL, 400NL are worse than the microstakes players on Bovada. I mean, why even slow play your flopped straight when players are willing to call big bets with bottom pair.
