First session of 200nl i won about 1.5k, then played 500z for the rest. Was down 3k but turned it around to win a buy in there too. Extreme volume today out of no where
Huge pot vs v good reg. Lovely to get in 250bb+ with them having 3 outs!
Think the AQ hand plays better as a x/c otr from villains perspective?
That hand in particular isn't the best example but I find myself in spots similar to it often in live poker where I:
1) very likely have the best hand but
2) am effectively merging if I bet bc not getting called by worse but
3) villains are CRAZY showdown happy and will snap check their 5 highs just as quick as their top pairs otr.

I actually don't know what i prefer in his shoes. check folding seems like a viable option, it kinda depends what he thinks i do with a hand like TT with a spade otr - whether or not i turn it into a bluff when he checks.
it's just super difficult for me to call with a worse hand because he arguably has 0 off suit 1 spade bluff combos here.

Woke up pretty brain fried today. I've been sleeping so badly the past few weeks which is very out the ordinary for me. Probably shouldn't have fired 500z in a slight haze.
big boy vs reccie. didn't think he flats any straights ott and thought it was possible that he could shove worse. There's a chance that all assumptions are false
I would expect to be shown the nuts pretty much always in that 55 hand to be honest. Granted, if your premise for calling is that he might sometimes jam Aces up for value, then it's much better to have 55 than AA but still seems hard to say he would raise turn with a straight and not raise two pair on the flop or turn a lot of the time. I might be completely wrong obviously, but I would hope to fold there if I were playing my A game.

Closer to a cf against most than a bet or c/c. Good to c/c vrs agro. Good news is people snap xback all 66-qq and kx. If you're feeling extra exploitative betting 1/4 pot is good too.
Just send me times when i need to pick you up. Fuel is like 15litres, gonna see how much this comes down to - should still be cheaper than taxi! And dont bring such a big suitcase that we still can open teh top!

Yeah, you make a lot of strong points that i can't argue with. I think the bet call, especially for my elected sizing is just too ambitious. Thanks for your thoughts as always!

CO mucked and lost (-$36.21 net)
Yea I see how that AQ is a pretty clear x/f but I do also like the small bet idea, I have not thought of that and will look to give it a go in certain spots.
