Do you not have a friend who owns a business/can you not lie? Ive done this >5 times with estate agents and not once has any of them checked up to see if I am actually employed. Telling them you play poker seems like a huge hassle.

If you pay rent up front theres no reason why an agent/landlord should care unless they have a personal issue with it or you personally. Getting a place with a gf who is employed will make a positive difference also. Sometimes they request references from employers so I think if you have the money to pay up front you should always be honest.

You can pay upfront but still not mention poker. Depending on country teh mentioning of poker will rule out 10-20% of places from teh getgo.
I wouldve never signed my current place in vienna if i wouldve mentioned poker in any way

Yeah simon summed it up well. We've lived in London for 6 years and this has always been the way of getting houses. We've never actually been declined because of our jobs, they just always ask the routine questions.

Got another couple viewings booked for tomorrow. Today was a really stressful day, both with client work and at the tables. I was stuck $4500 in my 2nd session and managed to make 2k back to lost a chilled $1500 for the day. My wwsf and w@sd were insaaaanely low 2nd session which means i was running horrendous.

Had an awesome day on and off the tables. Played 4 hours of snooker but lost 10 frames to 8. wp sniper_arnie, well and truly deserved this week. Made one of my best clearances which i've linked below! Hoping to get a lot of clips of both us making sick pots and clear ups but this is all i got so far! Started to get crushed at the end so quit before more damage could happen.

Had a whale at 1k where i 4b called KQo and lost vs his 88

The hand converter on 2p2 seems to be busto so i can't post any pots. I'll leave you with the snooker vid

hahaha, it's not actually what i'm normally like but playing the person i was playing it hasn't got to the point where it's extremely competitive yet. Fwiw, i'm horribly competitive and get reaaaaally tilted/shouty when playing

thanks man, yeah my month is looking good. results will be put up in a few days The blue was a kinda awkward position cus i was cutting into a slightly blind pocket. Playing into bottom left makes sense though, you're right, i just always try a little too much

Not sure why you went off 2 cushions on the green, natural angle to just screw it back a touch and have a nice angle on the brown to leave a slight cut on the blue to bring it up for the pink.

But that would look boring, so keep potting your way out of trouble looks better.

Judd will win 5+ world chamiponships if he can sort his mental game. His ball potting talent is second to none but when he gets deep in a tournament he folds a lot.Something which he also often does is play a below par performance after an absolute belter Watching his post match interviews is very telling imo. Yeah i think you're right here. His ability certainly isn't the issue, it's something mental. I would guess if he sorts that out he'll be smashing up the circuit in no time.
