              I think I'm seeing a lot of losing graphs and fishy plays? maybe cash out while ahead, the game is getting difficult and you don't seem to be adapting, this would be my best advice! and I think otb would do the same

              Really difficult to say, but i imagine something around 1 million hands. Wrt to wr to move up, I'd firstly suggest buy-ins per limit (like 60-80bi). It's also important to consider rake.
