We were looking at integrative case formulation which basically means how we approach working with a variety of client groups; personality disorders, various other presenting issues and looked at medication. The psychiatry world is a pretty messed up place to say the least.

    have you played futsal? It's like the 6-max of soccer, there's some insane action as a goalkeeper, really fun.

    luckily i'm in teams that don't berate each other!

    i've always wanted to play futsal but the hard ground is really unappealing
