MagicaLand4 - 180s and Above

After chatting with fellow grinder and friend we have decided to make a PG&C thread. We are two grinders that are trying to make it in poker and play full time.
Basically we are hoping to keep this thread alive as long as were playing poker online and crushing ;] This thread will consist of many graphs, many challenges, goals and of course for you all thread savers for when variance isn't our friend.
Ryan, 20, and from Canada. I started poker when I was 15 playing home games with friends. Once I turned 18 I started playing online right away, and after some time I started to really attempt to learn the game, I was grinding smaller stake STTs on UB and Stars where I was showing some decent success fast. I never played MTTs or MTSNGs much to start but ill always remember my first MTT win, I got a $50 free capital from some site for PP and I shipped my first tournament for like $1.6k, was pretty amazing at the time for me. Just before Black Friday I was playing mostly Rush MTSNGs on FTP up to the $26 level. Sadly they were taken from me before I could really get into them over a large volume.
As of right now I am backed and playing 180-Mans and MTTs, from $3r-15 180s and up to $27.50 MTTs. Seeing as variance is not my buddy right now I am on a $3r 180 diet and playing those strictly as of late and will be the majority of my games for a while so ill keep all my graphs and updates relative to my re-buy stats. I have been a super lazy grinder volume wise since coming to Stars and hoping to pick it up really fast really soon if I want to make this work, and hopefully this thread will get me on track.

Lee, 27, and from Australia. Ive been playing poker on and off for the last 4 years, i just came across poker one weekend by accident when bored, surfing the web. I made an account on party poker and played there and lost there until i heard all the rave about a site called pokerstars. So i made the switch, so while i was studying i had some success playing mtts but then when i finished my studies i no longer had the time for them as i was working. So i dabbled in abit of cash but i think whatever form of game u start playing for some reason is the form u enjoy most.
So I came back to tournaments and played stts as they suited my lifestyle better. I have recently decided to make a career change so back to study for me. So now i have more free time and basically im sooooooo over stts after like 37k games of them, im moving to as the title says 180s and above. Ryan has been encouraging me to get staked and move over to the 180s for a while and now i have decided to take his advice and make the permanent switch it seems like good time for this. Hopefully I can encourage Ryan to pick up that volume haha.

The Goals :
Will add more over the year

- Play a MIN of 1K games a month, and work my way to 2.5K+ games a month by the end of the year
- Attain close to $2/Game overall in 180s and $3/Game in 3 Rebuys
- Have a healthy bankroll to be ownrolled for all 180s and MTTs possible by end of year
- Make poker a sustainable and solid living or end up in College/Uni
