So yeah, rly ridic month to say the least; my biggest ever both in terms of EV and $ wise. Nice to bounce back after such a disappointing October.
Irl stuff, played two events at the WPT series in Montreal that was held early November. God I hate live poker :/
The 6max event was fine even though I didn't cash, but the Main was total bs. Lasted about ~2 hours in what was a 6 day event lol. Ohh well. However playing in that series was super chill because I got to hang out w a lot of my poker friends and online guys that I had never met. Shout out to no tank you?, ACNRULES, hopezACE, dujo123, NY17PATS14; was nice hanging out w all of you guys.
And big ty to my PLO friend Galen and to one of my best online friends ggbruce for staking me for the Main Event.
Anyhow, did gain some valuable experience and will be looking to play some more live events in order to get used to it for upcoming Summer in Vegas.
Also looking to move somewhere else for mid January. Have some friends in Thailand atm, so might go there, or maybe South America. Need to make sure I buy my ticket soon-ish so that I don't convince myself in staying through the harsh Canadian winter.
Hmm so yeah, will spend holidays here w family which will be super fun. I'm looking fwd at playing hockey outside and having board game nights w friends. Been blasting some Christmas music non stop while on the grind for the past 2 weeks or so to get in the mood
Ohh and I forgot to add; me and my buddies, we've been playing this new board game, "Skyfall".

Awesome game, requires a skill set that once again, kind of favors poker players. Like you need to balance your demeanor and actions in order to be able to pull off some wins when you're the spy. Super sick game. Shout out to bigje9999 and frankthetank99 whith whom I've been clashing against at "Spyfall"!
On a more serious note, I wanted to mention that I've been listening to audio books about self improvement and stuff like that while at the gym, alongside some poker podcasts.
One of them was absolutely mind blowing and might even say, life changing.

I won't go into too many details, but basically, it shows you how you can live and see life in a different way in order to achieve your goals and dreams and that anything, if you want it, is achievable.
Crypto wise, bought a bunch of ZenCash and Civic early November and sold it back like a week ago before the big btc drop.
And lastly, shout out to my poker buddies theproksa, clanty and bonk30 with whom I study every now and then. Mad props

Yeah I did play one session of live cash at the casino in Montreal; wanted to die. Nothing more boring than a 2/5 nine handed game. My mindset was **** though while playing, couldn't bring myself to be "positive" about the situation.
Nothing beats having AKo in the SB vs 6 limpers, then making it 75$ and getting 5 calls and having to check fold J78ss flop knowing all too well that you might have to wait an hour+ for a hand to play again.
I really don't know how people can be live regs, I rly don't.

Month is going w/e atm; winning and losing tons of big pots so we'll check this out at the end on December 31st.

And I forgot to answer back to you abt LRC so I'll do it here.
Basically, its a decentralized automated execution system across crypto.
The really good thing about it is their smart contract capabilities that they already have with ETH, but also planned to develop in the upcoming year w NEO and Qtum.
Their main goal is to protect users from counterparty risk and obv reduce the cost of trading.
My friends sold me on it at first, and then did some Reddit research and its probably the only coin in which I've read the white papers so yeah, this pretty much.

So really bumpy ride December was. Right before xmas, I was down 15 ev and was feeling like **** lol.
Played a lot after xmas w/o looking at results and did a 5k hand sesh on the 31st where I won 8k to put me in the clear so was happy abt that.
I think I ran super poorly early in the month, but also played poorly, def not A game...
Running over EV is nice though. Really grateful for that.

I don't have the 200z results for the year, probably smthg like +20k but lost at 2k and 1k everytime I played there for at least 10k so who knows what my exact winnings are this year. No clue abt rakeback too w stars changing rewards mid year.
2.67 ev bb/100 over 536k hands at 500z. It's allright, but could improve for sure. Pretty sure the best regs in the pool are able to maintain 6-7 bb/100 so there is always room for improvement. And one thing I've started to realize is that the more you know about poker, the less you seem to know lol. Meaning that everytime I learn something new abt the game, or think about a new way to approach a spot, it makes me realize how much more there is to learn. We sometimes become unaware of these things but every now and then, it's good to take some time to think abt this.
Overall happy w my year. Will be looking to shoot 1k in the upcoming days.
As for irl, still undecided as to where I will end up this winter. Will most likely book a flight last minute and play it by hear.
