This are my goals for the first month. After a big downswing, the first month is the hardest first is always good to sober up and change gears get your mind clear and focus... I been really lacking focus and motivation but gonna start changing some things in my life so i can get that fire on me going on again...

I start mixing some PLO100 too, but was mainly my game adjustment and mindset i made that got me a higher winrate

Well i am off a really bad start, the session started well, but i just got off focus auto pilot and got destroyed played some PLO100 and jumped in soem PLO200 since the tables where looking good and got the worst of out it...

GL with the sugar its really hard to get off it, done 3 weeks off it and I was still mindlessly wondering to the fridge to check it out.. Prob gonna need 6 weeks off it to get rid of those cravings, best of luck with it.

Yeah your right you need to have a strategy for the times where you will cave In to the crave! Not tried the blueberry pancakes mate haha, don't like blueberry's on their own but they go well with my kale smoothies!
