Losing online fish to Live Grinder.

Hello everyone,
I have been watching and reading this forum for years and feel like I should try something out.
For years I have been playing online high variance tournaments on Stars binking little bits here and there. My best hit being 2nd in the Hot $16.50 for $3,000.00 (If I have remembered correctly?). Fed up of just losing and needing to win a million flips for a chance at moola.
My nearest Casino has a 25p/25p table running near constant which as you can presume is one hella boring table, very beatable but its just near pointless.
I have no specific roll but I'm just going for it; as of last night I played at a casino in Manchester UK stakes at £1/£1 and going to try and beat this and make some money and be disciplined not to spunk it back on stars. This is a long shot as I said no specific bank roll but any wins go into my 'poker pot'.
Last night I was that guy, sat down with 50BB blinds and played patient, long story short i ran it up to £510.00 (with first bullet) For a healthy start. I will be continuing to go now and aim to get 4-5 days per week in. I found the game pretty soft, I new when I should be value betting/bluffing and new the players who would call me down with middle pair so will monitor players more often now.
Heres the stack of last night and will continue to aim for these sizes
As most of you do your motivation etc... I have already currently been going to the gym for just over a year now, hate cardio love weights - Chest and Triceps tonight before the grind see if we can beat the 30KG Dumbbells.

Forgot to mention I dont have a bad job at all so can always top up if needed (hopefully not). I will also jot some hard histories down to run out on here for advice

Sorry for no reply, I'm trying to get used to doing this posting malarkey.
Second session last night and I did my usual and sat down with my low ball stack
Of £60.00 - after 4 hours at the grind I left the table with £500 another £440.00 locked in... guess I'm on a bit of a heater at the moment.
Although the game seems dead easy you can just value bet the **** out of top pair and get called down with worse (obviously not against all villains.)
I need to get used to writing hands down so I can review them here with you guys - im also finding good spots to pick to bluff.
It's £1/£1 but standard raise can be £10.00.
I was big blind with 9-10 diamonds. Folds to button who raises to £10, SB and me complete. Flop rainbow AA4, check-check and button bets out £35.00, now to me these bets are like what the ****, small blind folds and I crack in £120.00 and get nearly an insta-fold... and pick up a 65BB roughly pot, is this just a standard play I guess so but this kind of thing worked so often last night.
