here are my goals for now:
- stop smoking
- play 1.5k or more hands a day
- learn and apply ranges I worked out with my coach

ok since last update I went on massive downer, due to couple of reasons and got dropped by coach, now playing on my own again.
I learned a couple of things from the coaching deal, so Im still happy with it, and tbh it was my fault beeing dropped, cause I didnt post hands

long time no post. Been playing only sporatically. At 2nl again/still.
My goal right now is to play A game as much as possible and neglect the volume factor for some time. Only play 1 table of zoom.

just had a short sesssion:

slowly adjusting to the noobs...after almost 8 years of dabling in cash, Im up 80 bucks over 300k hands LOL I def can relate to that other guy who lost 16k at 2 and 5nl, knowing I played fulltime mtts till end of 2011.

have the dream to have a roll of 750-1k at end of 2k19 and 10k hands played at 25nl w positive wr

another short session with +6 bucks

moved over to party for rakeback and none zoom, read blackrain article about how zoom is not the way to go regarding making money at micros and hes absolutely right. the fish with his last 10 or so bucks wont sit at 2nl and splash around hell be at 25nl or so.

last 3 sessions I dropped 4 buy ins... -8 bucks

donked away mostly, meaning I called off with no brainer folds once again.
if ppl raise ur one pair hand ure no good at these limits

hey,

played some session around breakeven.
moved between party stars and 888 with my roll but planning on returning to stars for good.

here are my goals for rest of 2k19:

1. quit smoking, most important goal
2. start working out again after I quit smoking
3. reach 25nl till end of the year
4. start learning a language again most likely spanish
5. practice playing the piano ---> is like a full body workout jsut for the brain

ok, **** those goals! Ill just do a 50BI challenge for every limit. cant be arsed to become a super healthy robot.
right now Im purgin my database to start fresh...

played some mtts and fted a 1$ 180 but lost QQ to 22 for cl and then AA to K2 hitting two pair on turn...wcyd

hey all,

since last update I played 5k hands, not good nor bad...can do better but decieded to drop to one table only for now, since I often times have huge blunders in my postflop game (I call them my postflop-paisting's-moments), where I get in with literally 0 equity 100bb or more for no good reason.

so almost 20k hands in the database after purging it. -3 bucks

I started to work on my preflop ranges more and I think it's really helpful, not so many tricky spots now where I never knew where I'm at in the hand.

Is anyone interested to see my stats to help me out in plugging some leaks?
If so, which stats should I post? let me know please.

PFR is any hands that you are the preflop raiser (or 3bet/4bet).

RFI is when you raise a hand that the action has folded to you.

RFI is a subset of PFR.
