600.- plus yesterday, had a deep run in the 55 gladiator beside the super 50, but lately never hold deep ffs - qq < a7s

workout:
legs today:
yoga & stretching - a lot, super important when pushing the boundaries right away
warum up: 2x15 easy squads
(chicken-) hit: split squads 5+3 each side (slow & deep, little / very little dumbells in hands), deep squads 10-15 (sloww), normal squads 15 (faster), partial sqadz 15, leg extension machine 8, no breaks between .......... fk me i hate leg day, quite the pain already at this chicken level

now for a walk & swim & sun & beer again

Hi

workout: chest / shoulder / triceps / belly today
- yoga / stretching
- warmup: chestpress easy 2x15
- hit:
- push ups 9 (to failure) plus 5 negative reps and 1 (lol complete muscle failure, which is great) on knees (no break) - short
break
- triceps bench press 10 (failure) and 8 with angled legs (no break)
- chestpress 3x8 approx with different grips to failure
- shoulder press 12 and 8 red. weight, each to failure, no breaks
- shoulder side raises approx. (dont remember - pain ) 12 and 8 red. weight,
each to failure, no breaks
- 2 planks 30s

now for a walk (6-8k), sun, swim & beer

workout today:

lat / back / biceps (I guess I will stick with the 3 split for now - keeps the workouts short - ca. 30 min / day)

- yoga / stretch
- warmup: 20-30 pulldowns with different grips / positions
- hit: pullups undergrip 5 negative + 8 + 5 positive with leg help, pullups overgrip same, pulldowns 4-5 sets ca. 10 reps different grips & positions, rowing standing overgrip 10, undergrip 6, curls dropset 15+15, planks 2 40&35sec

no swimming / cardio today - my left ear hurts - obv. light infection from cold sea + long hair ......... nah obv. karma for flexing in your thread @kidkudi :P

??no understand meaning of "flab" Sir?? if u mean fat by it, that fat just comes from being a lazy ass last 5 years (only sporadic workouts before the summer), drinking quite some grappa & smoking like a chimney, I am quite sure my metabolism is still fine, just need some more muscles again and then burn off the fat. the ear pain got way worse ffs sake, no way to work out last days, on painkillers all day, hardly could play 6 tables (obv. not winning) - will see the doc today

ajjjj ....... when u can hardly type, you know you did smth right at the workout

so ..... first day without real ear pain (only still nasty pressure on it ffs), first workout again

chest / should / triceps it was:
- stretching
- 3 warmups sets chest press easy ca 10-15 reps
- pushups legs high 4, normal 7+3, on knees 4
- chest press 3 variants 1x10
- trizeps benchpress legs high 8, legs str8 6, legs angled 4 (approx)
- shoulder press head down with leg help 3
- shoulder press dumbells 12+6+6+6 (red. weight, no break)
- front lifts 10+12 (red weight)
- side lifts 8+6 (red. weight)

poker: down 2,5k ffs

quick update

- ear still hurtin ffs, standable though without painkillers now, but when grinding it gets worse after some hours, that pressure feeling makes my brain quite foggy - sure far from playing my a-game
=> break even last days

workout: did lat / back / biceps today (the usual, but cant up the intensity as id like, feels like the infection is weakening my hole system)

party: will check out an underground warehouse rave now (a bit) - Hartera Rijeka

poker yesterday:
fml - thats prob. one of the worst feelings in mtt poker: you are in the money (55 masters f2t) / on the bubble with stack in 4 of your highest buy-ins (3x55, 1x33) and 4 hands later you are bust in all of them (3 flips itm and aa<88 (slowplayed vs 3 bet) on 88xAx bubbled)

my son visited me for a couple of days, didnt workout while that, but superhappy as we had not seen each other for almost a year

workout: didnt log at least one leg day & 2 mixed walking / running / swimming cardios

poker: got 2nd yesterday in the 22 predator pko on party yesterday for 1,7k - much needed => half digged out of my 4k downswing hole (the earpain is gone, that greatly shows in the quality of my game - what a difference in focus )
