Gambling is illegal in Thailand.

Interesting... if it makes you happy, go for it.

Lot of useless negativity ITT as usual, whatever...

This kind of objective is really good for the mindset (+bankroll if done properly) of a poker player. You improve your game and you cut the expenses plus you have to stick to quite a rough plan... The less money you have to spend, the less temptations you will have (especially in Thailand where everything is available and cheap) and the more free time you have to play and study. 200 per month is low, even for rural Chiang Mai and it pushes you to earn more to improve your lifestyle slightly.

I will be posting cheap food pics as well. This is a pretty good sized slab of fish with ice cold water. The water is 5 baht (0.20cents USD) and the fish is 15 baht (0.60 cents USD) This piece of fish is what I consider to be a nice snack. It really makes me happy considering I eat rice and eggs every day.

+1,000

The idea is that if you want to achieve greatness, sometimes you have to sacrifice. This is good for mindset. Clearing your body by drinking water every day. Clearing your mind by living a low key and secluded lifestyle. Currently I would estimate over 1.5-2 billion of the worlds population live in worse conditions than I do. What makes me better than them? What makes living conditions "worse"?

I walk by huts with dirt floors, 7 year old girl and boy playing with sticks or w/e as they should, a grown man taking a nap on the dirt floor with no mattress. If you meet this person sleeping on the dirt floor, I bet you will see them smile and they are generally just as happy if not more happy than any of you are. It's all relative.

Isn't Bodog also bot infested like the other USA sites are?

Let's try the imbed again.

If it does not work, Here is the actual link. Shocking to see how many mistakes I made in these 2 sessions. Really goes to show that doing off the table study with CREV and GTO+ and population analysis is all good and fine but if you stop doing actual hand history by going over your sessions, it can really weaken your skills.

So a balance between hand history review and theoretical study is a must.

Not sure what the current state is, but it's regarded as one of the softest sites in the world due to only allowing specific countries (thailand being one of them on the bodog88 skin or whatever)

just make a min deposit and buyin/sitout at some tables if u want to see how the action is

the other guy wasn't trolling when he said you would crush 100nl there

GL, I lol'd at the stool - glad to hear you're not grinding on that.

I'm sorry for coming off as negative.

It just sounded stupid taking it that far living of 200 bucks as I figured you would be so much happier, and able to perform better spending double or triple, eating what you want, do some things for fun etc as you can grind 1k a month playing 5nl probably.

But it makes some amount of sense what you are doing if the goal is to focus 100% on getting better at poker and climbing stakes.

Should be interessting to follow, gogo!

Edit: Either way you could play more with less winrate or whatever, not impossible to grind out 1k, altho someone with that skills should ofc play higher.

I smell another prop bet...
11-20-2019 , 10:40 AM
5nlz? Reg tables I definitely agree 15bb/100 is sustainable and relatively straightforward for a good reg, but it would be negated by the crappy volume after the 4 table cap (talking about stars btw). Anyway, I believe the top 0.1% regs can do it at zoom long term if they want to waste their times there.

No prop bets, sorry. I´m not a good reg anyway.

1 year thai visa costs about $1,200 USD, slightly more if you need to travel to a far away country's embassy. Then of course you miss some days of grinding, etc.

So that's the reason I'm grinding 25NL and not 50NL. $1,200 plus some coaching. I keep within a very strict 100 BI management to keep my mindset healthy.

It is a "self defense" school. Classes are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. I actually walk 25 minutes each way to avoid taxi payments.

It's kind of what you would call a "McDojo" - the quality of training is pretty low lmao - but you do it for the visa, not for the training.

I am nowhere near a beach lol - gotta go to bangkok or phuket for that. I am in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. You got no ocean 'round here. One reason it's cheaper than Bangkok though.
