I don't care what your opinion is or if I'm a dick. Yeah I was a dick for telling the dealer to do his job. Good perspective. Even if your right, fine, I'm a dick. You can eat a dick for calling me one buddy. How bout dah? Cash me ousside.

I look at my behavior all the time mabye you should look at yours....why u so mad bra? lol.

You sound like a wet towel to me. Probably got participation trophies on your mantle-place. Your favorite pastime is singing kumbayah and holding hands. And sticking up for guys who use homophobic slurs.

And maybe I'm not explaining the situation right then, because Im an awesome person that people love playing with. I'll bet money on it.

Sounds like you the one that’s mad bro. Looks like I struck a nerve. Must have somethin to do with how you perceive yourself.

It’s hilarious to me how self righteous and arrogant you are in the Krab’s thread. You’re just as much of a pathetic loser as he is.

I actually lol'd at this comment, does that make me a terrible person? Was the guy's actual name Kevin? If so, I would have used a false name in the story.

I totally agree on the "no rabbit hunting", for a small pot it's whatever, but for a larger pot, I don't want the guy to think he made a good fold (if he gets to see run out for free).

I hate it when people get so stupidly offended over something like that, and automatically turn into douches, like seriously no need for "Kevin" to go off on you like that. I think the use of the word "******" is so disgusting, takes me back to like 5th grade, like grow up.
Thanks buddy. And the only reason he did is because he views me as being weaker. Which is bullying coward behavior and I don't like it. I've stood up to bullies my whole life.

Yeah his real name is Kevin and no you aren't a bad person. That was hyperbole on my part mostly. I don't want to see anyone die just for cursing me out for no good reason, although I don't think the world would be much worse off without one more jerk like him in it.

And yeah I have a very good reason for not wanting rabbit hunting. I want someone's curious nature to factor into a call. Getting to see the turn and river for free is super annoying to me, he's slowing the table down doing it every hand he is in and he is literally reaching across the table and grabbing the deck while 8 other players wait for his dumb ass to look at a meaningless card....And I don't say anything in hands I don't win, but if I win the pot "no rabbit hunting, efff you"

Like no one has said or understands how rude it is for Kevin to reach across the table grab the deck burn and turn burn and river after I've bet 300 bucks. Not cool. So eff him I find it funny when losers like him get mad for trivial reasons. People get mad at dumb **** its not my job to walk on eggshells around these psychopaths to make sure i dont offend their sensibilities.

Am I the only one who finds this in gross violation of game integrity? First off, unless the dealer was shipping the pot your way, why is he not holding the deck? And what kind of casino allows players to touch, let alone take possession of the deck?

Yeah I'm definitely more concerned about game integrity than the dealers, the floorpeople and the other players. It matters to me. It's against the rules but like I said if I say nothing the dealer will drop the deck and let players rifle thru the deck and rabbit hunt. 95% of dealers do this. And the 5% who don't have probably been specifically reprimanded for not protecting the deck. ive seen players rabbit hunt a full flop turn and river...

I do also want to add and I dont know why I didn't mention it before I just didn't think about it, but earlier in the day Kevin "raised blind" and then called all-in blind and then just happened to turn over AA. The other player who is a regular that is chill told me that for sure he looked at his hand. And he never played a hand blind like that again so he probably did angle in that hand. And he's drinking and holding up the game, nobody likes him, I had another player change seats from next to him to next to me and tell me he had to get away from him. So even if I did provoke a fight with him by saying "no rabbit hunting" everyone was on my side from the jump.

In the future I will make it clear I am addressing the dealer by saying "dealer" first. "Dealer, no rabbit hunting". Unless Kevin is the one who is doing it, at any time, then I'm going to look him in the face and say "No rabbit hunting". Efff that guy. Played with him yesterday too. His table broke and he came into my game with 3k somehow possibly still there from the night before coked out of his mind. Anyway I got $200 from him with a set of jacks before he tucked tail and ran. I don't want to start any problems but when I see him I'm going to be amped up and ready to go. When someone threatens me and curses at me like he did I envision myself grabbing their head and snapping their neck over and over. Dont threaten me, dont intimidate me.

he had an entourage with him of a heavyset dude and two hot young women who were very loud. they were sitting at an empty table nearby talking to each other and he looked like the type to possibly bust out a knife or gun in a fight, which is a threat with anyone of course... so yeah i kept my head on a swivel in the parking lot.

also the guy who moved over to get away from him said that he thought he was a pimp lol. i mean i just thought that was just stupidly illogical but wtf do i know?? im guessing hes wrong but i have near zero experience with pimps and/or hos.

i definitely wanted to eff the two chicks he was with though. and when i looked over and made eye contact, i got the impression that the feeling was mutual.

are you suggesting that me telling the dealer to enforce the rules at the table is morally equivalent to abandoning an unborn child???

illogical.

If he's got birds on the beat then it might be worth ingratiating yourself with him in order to get a discount.

Be careful of Polish/Romanian/Albanian though, they're as bent as a 9 bob note. I had 1 try to flog my phone just last month.

Three Card Straight Flush

Hero UTG ($600) JhJs
Villain BTN (covers) T8os
same player who hit a 1 outter against me a few days ago to make a straight flush

Hero raises to 20 utg and 3 people call including Villain

Flop ($80) Th9h5s

Hero bets 60 folds to Villain who raises to 160. Back to hero we are thinking and villain starts saying just go all-in you're gonna do it anyway. And after talking with him a little bit and knowing that he overvalues and overplays top pair this is an easy all-in. I jam. He asks how much more I say "420 my favorite number" He thinks for a while and I decide to show the Jack of hearts to get him to think I have some big combo draw. I turn over the jack of hearts and he snap calls when he sees that. Lol I think he has queens when he calls so fast but nope. He has T8os and jacks hold up.

its against the rules at commerce too but some annoying players will tell the dealer to put the deck down after the hand is over even so they can rifle thru it and rabbit hunt. wasting everyone elses time...

I played 3 hands all-in and called yesterday.

Hand 1

Hero MP ($485) AsJc
Villain CO (covers) ??

1 limper to Hero and we raise to 25. 3 callers.

Flop KhQs5h ($100)

checks to us we check and villain bets 35. 1 call and 1 fold and I think for a minute before deciding on going all-in ($425). Villain calls other guy folds. Wooops!

Turn Blank ($985)

River Td($985)

I flip over my hand and say "straight" like I had it all along.....ship it!!!!

changed tables and cashed out some before the next 2 hands.

Hand 2

Hero HJ ($640) AsAc
Villain 1 EP (covers) 97dd - MABG
Villain 2 UTG (~$400) ?? 30yo aremian guy?

Villain 2 raises utg to 20, villain 1 calls, I raise to 60 with aces and villain 2 has been saying things like "oh professional come to work eh?" in a friendly tone and accent to me. both call. before the flop comes villain 1 says "if i hit the flop im gonna check it to you."

Flop ($180) 8d5d2s

Both check, I bet 115 V2 folds, V1 calls.

Turn ($410) Th

V1 checks and I think for a long time, not quite sure what to do, if he has a flush draw or a pair and if I should bet small here to trap his weak 1 pair hands or bet big to price out a draw. I decide to bet big in case he is drawing but also I decide to not go all-in thinking something slightly less will look fishy and still might get called by his weak 1 pair hands.

I bet 365 leaving about 100 left. He puts me all-in and I call.

River ($1340) 6h

Doh!

Hand 3

Hero MP (covers) 4h4d
Villain 1 (~$450) TT -30yo asian guy
Villain 2 ($285) ?? - same villain 2

limp limp limp. we got a limped pot 6 handed.

flop ($25) 943r

Villain 2 bets 15 villain 1 calls, hero raises to 45, villain 2 calls and villain 1 reraises to 145. hero thinks for an absurdly long time before deciding calling is the right play(little worried about the call then back raise from V1 as this is often top set). villain 2 jams for another 135 more and V1 asks if he can raise. "yes" dealer says and he jams I throw a chip out there and call. turn my hand up and just pray it holds.

Turn (~$1200) 5
River (~$1200) A

We win!!! Up another 550 yesterday gotta just put in the volume to see the results. My game is on point!

I played a hand last night where I stupidly bluffed the river

Dumb Bluff

Hero EP ($480) AcKc
Villain 1 MP (~$400) ??
Maniac.
Villain 2 BB Bobby (covers) TdTx

Bobby is an Englishman. Straight from the UK, London I think. He has been in LA since the beginning of this year and he is already probably the most well-known regular in the 300-500 game at Commerce. He is the definition of the word extrovert, but not to the point that he is overbearing or anything like that, he's just a genuinely friendly and engaging person. Everybody loves him, if he said that he didn't like someone than I would automatically not like that person. He writes poker articles and he did guest commentary for live at the bike a couple nights ago. Terrific chap! I consider him a friend.

Hero raises to 20 villain 1 calls Bobby raises to 100 in the blind, I call and villain 1 also calls.

Flop ($300) Jd6d5s
everyone checks

Turn ($300) 2d
everyone checks

River($300) Js
Bobby bets $125. I'm thinking when V1 folds out of turn. After a couple mins I jam ~$380 stupidly and Bobby thinks for a few minutes and calls. I'm an idiot. This hand tilted me. I don't know why I tried to bluff in such a stupid spot, but I'm going to blame it on being tired. I got a good ~9hours sleep(in my car) last night so not going to make any tired mistakes today. I feel better today. =D. If I'm going to bluff off my chips, I'm glad I could bluff them off to a guy like Bobby.

Won 450 yesterday playing a couple of interesting hands.

Blinds 5-5 300-500 buy-in

Hand 1

Hero UTG (covers) 9s9d
Villain 1 Button ($340) ??
unkown opponent wearing a shirt with buttons MABrG

Hero limps UTG 2 limps behind and another opponent raises to 25 from the CO. Villain calls on BTN we call everyone else calls.

Flop ($125) K74r
everyone checks

Turn ($125) 2r

Hero bets $50 folds to V1 and he raises to 200 leaving himself 115 behind. I'm thinking about this for a while and it just doesn't make sense to me. What hand does he check back in position on flop and then raise the turn?? To me it seems like a hand that doesn't have me beat, like a pair of sevens or air or something. IF he had a K I would expect him to just call. The only hand that beats me that makes any kind of sense is 22. So I ask him if he has 22 and he doesn't do anything to lead me to believe hes got that. So I decide to go all-in after a few minutes of thinking and if I'm beat, well I've got a couple of outs. He thinks for a minute, asks if I have 22 then folds. We win!!!

Hand 2

Hero BB (~$800) JTss
Villain 1 MP($490) QQ??
Villain 2 MP+1($480) A?

utg limps and V1 raises to 25 preflop 2 calls in front of me including V2 utg has the call in his hand, he aint raising, i call also from the bb. utg calls.

Flop ($125) A98r

Hero checks, utg check, V1 bets 50, V2 calls, fold to me, I think for 30 sec or so and utg looks like he wants to fold (he has me covered). I'm fairly positive these players can't call an all-in in this spot. So I jam. Utg folds, V1 thinks for a couple of minutes then folds, V2 thinks for another couple of minutes, shows an ace and folds. Bingo!

You fold what?

Hero HJ ($935) 52cc
Villain 1 BTN (slightly covers) AT??
Villain 2 BB (~$650) ??

3 limpers in front of hero and we decide to also limp this garbage hand since there are a good number of deep stacks at the table. normally very rarely would i play a hand like 52cc its just more trouble than its worth.

BTN raises to 25 BB calls 2 other calls in front of us so we also call

Flop ($130) AcTc5s

Everyone checks to V1 who bets $100. Once he bets so much I actually hate my hand and just feel like lol folding this flop. I was going to when V2 calls the 100. That changes things. I think for like 30 sec and decide/ get the feeling like jamming is right based on the call from the BB and the way the pf raiser is looking at me.

Hero jams $910. V1 thinks, and thinks, and thinks, for maybe 5 minutes before someone else calls a clock thank god. I'm staring at a fixed point on the table and my eyes are going white tearing up, I'm trying not to move, he's showing his cards and I can hear people speaking chinese but I'm not looking, I'm pretty sure one of the players said something but the dealer Alan did a good job controlling the situation and cutting everyone off and called the floor over to let him know about exposed cards. The floor counts down to 5 and V1 folds. V2 folds right after. As the chips are being pushed to me I show the 2c. Cant believe V1 folded AT to my shove on AT5cc board. He has 4 outs vs the only hand that can have him beat 55 and there are tons of combo draws I could have and even maybe A5. Whatever, I'll take the fold. Don't play scared folks!

Victory! Excelsior!

i have a tough time keeping track of results. i do it for a while, usually after a win and then i just drop off. maybe if i post results ITT i'll be able to keep track of it that way. well let's start off with a win.

results 3/21 +$1040

also the problem is i think knowing how much i win will affect my winrate. like the heisenberg uncertainty principle. my observation of my winrate effects my mindset. one time i was playing on PS back in like 07 or 08 and someone told me about pokertableratings in chat and how was i winning 6bb/100?? im like im a solid live reg and then i started checking PTR and slowly my 6bb/100 WR started falling off. i think i started playing differently and not in a good way. so im just going to post the results and not aggregate them or anything. post and forget like a goldfish.

im the best. .
