epic. Im thinking bout coming down there in bout 2weeks. plan on playing 1/2-2/5. My br has taken some hits the last month. Problem is Im only 20 so we would have to meet at the kennel club. If I go down there your more then welcome to stay at the hotel while im up there u seem pretty cool. anyway gl. If i start to run good again n build my roll back up we can work out a stake at 2/5. Was at 10k bout a month ago now at 4k

Na i wont harvest your organs. My drive u slightly nuts if I get into a weird hand half the night. How r the hotels out there tho price wise. I dont want to spend more then 500 on expenses including driving down there from chicago.

After eating terrible food court chinese food and puttng gas in my car, my bankroll=1247 after yesterdays session. Slowly building. Looking back, I wish I didnt blow that 1k on the hotel and clubs in south beach the first week. I wouldve been able to take a shot at 2/5...game select and ship like 1500 or something...cant change the past. Time to "shower" in the mens room, eat breakfast, and write...playing a marathon session today boys...updates right after

yea more of a portillos guy myself. I heard the action in flordia is nasty. I have played in mich minn oklahoma cali iowa ill. I would have to say tho out of all the places I have chicago land area is the most diffcult. I been playing for money last 2 years live 1-2 2-5 mix in some 5-10 depending on br n some donkments 20-500. Im on and off moving around n moving out. Right now I just wanna get away

ok cool, I would recommend taking 95N to 60west the whole way then you can stop at 2 good poker rooms on the way.

1st stop is The Isle casino pompano park(pompano beach) Its just 15 miles from HR down there and if you havnt been there you need to.

2nd stop Palm beach kennel club, also off of I95.

Then on to HR Tampa from there. around 200 miles and 3.5 hours from PBKC to Tampa HR.

If you need more detailed directions for the other 2 poker rooms then let me know. If you have google maps on your phone then its pretty easy.

The cheapest weekly motel that us not ghetto is motel 6 and its half mile from hr.
200+ tax a week. Daily is like 40. You could just stay there a couple days a week.
And you can snap off your free $240 tourney.

Looks like a pretty nice experience you're having here. I'm grinding sngs atm in MI but I'm basically in the same boat trying to make something happen. My second home is Sarasota tho so this thread jumped out at me and I thought I'd say hello... (will be back in FL after this month)
