I am 40 years old and play Poker since appr. 2007. I had some success in my first year when I won some Dollars in the 5 digits but lost nearly all of them in the next year due to bad bankroll management and tilt.

I then played from time to time with changing success but never tried to play with a real bankroll (e.g. I deposited 200$ - played NL100 - if I won I always withdrew what was above 200$ but went always broke after playing a while).
I probably lost some hundreds bucks over the time but always stopped playing for some months after losing e.g. 300-500$.

One year ago I read Crushing the micros and decided to start to play poker starting from NL2 with a real bankroll management.
I deposited 30$ - played over 50000 Hands at NL2 and managed to get the bankroll to appr. 200$ nearly without tilting as money was to low to be angry after losing a buyin.
After changing to NL5 my tilt behaviour changed dramatically and I fell back to old behaviours. Once I got 1,2 bad beats I tilted and changed to higher limits just to lose my entire bankroll.
After changing my FPP's to cash and getting back to NL2 I managed it a second time to get up to nearly 300$ just to lose 250 again in one bad night.
With 50$ on my account I stopped playing for the last months before I played a MTT last week where I got lucky and I cashed 180$.

I now have a bankroll of 210€ (237$) and will give myself a last change to succeed (I changed currency to Euro now as I had differences due to changing Exchange rates)

What are my Goals:
- Play 100.000 Hands of NL5/NL10 for a winrate of at least 4bb/100 (its not about the money but to look if I can manage it to not tilt)

What I did for this Goal:
- I restricted my table Limit to NL10 (so it takes at least 24h to remove the Limit)
- I bought 'Tilt Breaker': after losing 250BB I am not able to play for 1h


Hopefully I can manage it to play stable without tilting when I have the feeling that a least someone is watching me.
