Have been wanting to make one of these for yonks and feel as if I actually have a legitimate reason for making one now. A quick introduction on me, I'm a 24 year old brit who's been playing poker for roughly 5 years, only ended up playing because one of my buddy's who I game with a lot started playing and then we made the bet who could reach $100 first (Smashed him). Unfortunately I never stopped and being a uni drop out I had plenty of time on my hands and it just naturally became my profession after swiftly moving up the stakes.

However I've decided because I have such a monstrous gap in my CV, I need to be acquiring X amount of money to continue justify not facing my fears and joining the real world , so I've decided to set an ultimatum this coming year. Going to keep X to myself because it's some what flexible to changes given my year long plans with travelling and such.

So how am I going to go about this year getting da X?

-Only going to play my one true love FR (you'll find me in the 100-400 streets) cuz everytime I play 6max I promptly go on a massive upswing and spend the following months dumping it back cuz I'm a mental game fish. However might decide to mix it in again, but that's only going to be happening if I'm crushing FR and lets be real that ain't happening cuz I suck.

-Not going to play any MTTs except when wcoop/scoop come around. Punt too much in these things/not worth dropping table count for em.

Goals outside of poker for 2018

-Set up my pension, can't tell you how long I've been saying this to myself, but the sooner the better.

-Buy some decks and learn how to DJ. If there's 1 thing I'd could imagine doing other than poker, it'd be being a DJin. Massive lover of House/Techno specifically, but honestly all things electronic, so want to spend less time gaming and more time spinning.

-Spend at least month travelling. Went Thailand this year and loved it, so want to carry on next year. Angling to break my Vegas cherry, but will be looking to hit up many other spots next year too!

-Join the 1000 lbs club, so I'm a bit of a gym wanker too. Don't know how achievable this goal is, but it's definitely something to aim for. Sitting at about ~850 lbs right now.
