My challenge will be to get the €20 I deposited on their Poker Site 21/11/2014 back into my Bank account. OK It didn't start too good as they have blocked my account already. They want proof of address and age even thougth they have my information on file as I have been playing poker at this site since August with a different account. All is above board as they know I have closed that account to open this new one. I needed to change my Username and this was the only way to do it. Ladbrokes advised me to do this and promised me and guaranteed it would be 100% hassle free.
OK my account has been blocked now for 24 hours and I will get back with an update tomorrow.

This is the exact same file I sent to Ladbrokes the last time I had to verify my account and it was sufficient then. I know that there is something going on here . Are you trying to rob me of my 20 euros. I will be sending you sufficient documentation and I will get my 20 euros back and then I will be closing my account with your pathetic company. Ladbrokes is a disgrace and I will be documenting my progress with Ladbrokes in a blog.
