My first week back in USA was pretty choppy.....2 x stop loss but 2 really solid, good sessions. Overall stats for the week....

+68.75
11,626 Hands

I feel really confident going forward. It takes a lot of time and hands to regain your focus and discipline at the tables...I will never ever ever take more than a few days off again.

I completed my 20k hand challenge and am now onto the next one. I might do a youtube update tomorrow or Ill atleast post some graphs. This week coming up will be legendary!

Not a very good day. This is now the 3rd day out of the last 4 that I have hit stop loss. Its very weird….I either stop loss or have a great day, there doesnt seem to be anything in between lol.

Im not a big believer in the EV stats but I ran 5 buyins under EV today so what the **** can I do? Be what it be.

Adjustments: I think I am playing well overall so I dont want to make a huge change, just need to tighten up my routine to make sure Im doing it 100% of the time.

For tomorrow at the very least I will re-focus on my ranges pre and attacking the dead money vs weakness. There will be no slowplaying either, **** that.

Worth noting is the signifigant redline change once I was down……

I was pretty ****ing pissed today....same **** different day. I was down then up then down then up then down again.....I said to myself there was no ****ing way in hell I was losing today and just hit that gear....the one we search for....the A game....total dominance and when I got even I quit that ****. I went from 4 tables up to 9 damn tables and went into the zone. I want to keep that feeling fresh in my mind because I need to be in that mode all day every day.

I caught myself several times making bet sizing errors, preflop errors, and cbetting errors so I need to just focus on that 100% even if it means cutting down the volume. I spewed off $130 on dumbass bluffs and during the coaching session today with gordon I realized just how dumb it is to do this ****. They provide you with a very very simple and easy blueprint that has developed so many players into absolute cash machines and I sit here doing the dumb ****. NO ****ING MORE! Tomorrow is a new day and I will have a new mindset and new point of view, no more of this dumb ****.

Today sucked! Started off playing wonderfully....took a lunch break, came back and continued playing wonderfully. Then I took a horrible beat which you can see in the chart and mentally i broke down. Its that sneaky ****ing tilt where you dont realize youre even tilting until you look at 50 charts where the same thing happens. Clearly my play deteriorated after that bad beat and of course I ended blowing through a days work in about an hour. Very upset with myself!!!!

Ran $124 under EV again and won so I guess that is a plus.

New rule, after a bad beat, mandatory break! No questions asked, no exceptions.

take a bad beat and take a break? thats not realistic at all, you are going to get slammed by bad beats all the time, the point is to not think about them

Agreed however that is easier said than done. I thought I handled bad beats pretty well but after reviewing several sessions and charts it has become clear that my game suffers significantly after taking one. I think being aware of it is the best solution but I also think doing the same thing over and over when it doesnt work is the worst solution so might as well mix it up.

a break ? hummm, you can stop but a few minutes.i learned to deal with bad beats, i only get frustrated when i play bad, when i play good no matter the result i get happy, because i know in the long run i gonna win money

Today was probably my best all around session since starting the program. Im making little tweaks and adjustments every single day to try and get back to the level I was at in June/July and today I just made it simple.....big hand, big pot, small hand small pot.....pretty ****ing easy. More or less, just the effect of planning ahead kept me out of a lot of tough spots, kept me from calling flop, folding turn a ton and led to a relatively low variance session and most importanly a tilt free one.

Unfortunetaly, day was cut short from an unexpected circumstance but tomorrow Ill have the same mindset and see if we can get this **** going.

Today was ok. Gave away about $130 in pure spew. Disgusting, gross, make no sense ****ing spew vs a reg of all people. Really stupid **** and really upsetting but tomorrow is another day to wake up and achieve perfection.

Well today sucked pretty bad. Was a very unique mixture of like A- game with some D game. Never really got in a groove and had exceptionally high spew hitting $195. Ended up -$74 for the day after being up for the better part of the session.

Reviewing it and seeing some of these calls i make on the river is pretty eye opening lol. In realtime, I justify it one way or another but slow it down and its just so blatantly obvious that its a terrible call.

Anyway, holidays are coming up so I have like 3 days of play left for the whole rest of the month, tomorrow, monday, and then the last day of the month so I want atleast $200 tmrw. Im also going to post a pic of my biggest losers tmrw which my goal will be to have them all be coolers. Really gotta focus on that, taking this street by street til I get there.

Overall, mission accomplish. Played very solid all day, making great decision and as a result....all big hands were genuine coolers/never folding situation so Im happy and proud. One building block at a time!

The AJ hand I should have cbet 100% but other than that, I think I played the hands pretty standard.

Another solid day. 2 brutal coolers right at the end of the session that really sucked but what can you do. The straight hand was vs a massive fish that I wouldnt fold an overpair to so Im fine with it and the 2nd fullhouse hand is just a cooler, nothing to do.

Cracked the top 5 on the monthly leader board so Im super amped but also a little sad that the holidays are gonna steal time from me cuz I want to be #1 of course but come december, no holds barred!

Bad 2 days. Bad bad bad! Reverted to the piece of **** I was and hit stop loss 2 days in a row. I should have never even played on sunday.....got home around 2 am and woke up at 5 to play....

So what this tells me is that im still a fish obviously but also that I need to work hard. I need to study harder. I need to focus more. Im absolutely destroying NL10 and NL25 at a nice rate of over 25+BB/100 however i am losing at a rate of -13bb/100 at 50NL. Very strange as its generally the same players playing NL25 so maybe I have some mental blocks/issues for the bigger money. I will need to go through my database and review some **** for sure.

Leaving tomorrow morning for south carolina until the 29th so I may not play again until December but I will use this time wisely. I will do some equity exercises, database reviews, video reviews, and re-read/study all the material again. I NEED to get this **** straightened out or else I will need to get a job come January/February to survive.

I was a real fool for thinking I could take 3 months off and come back to crush it, a real fool. Im ok and can handle running bad but Im flat out playing like **** the past 2 days and its all mental. Its stupidity. Watch out come December

Back from the holiday feeling refreshed Solid day back.....after my few days off I kept coming to the conclusion that all I have to do is stay focused. Stay solid pre and post, actively think, actively play my opponent rather than going fish robot and playing based on hand strength alone. Tomorrow is December 1st and I have to testify in court but Im hoping for December to be one of my best months ever. The focus will simply be to play solid.

Switched over to PT4 as suggested by staff so it will definitely take some getting used to. I miss the last 2 or 3 hands being shown on the table HUD so if anyone knows how to add that, let me know.

Great start to the month, overall solid yet again. Towards the end there I hit some variance and turbulance. Had a guy on my left with 50% raise cbet IP so my strategy vs him was to never fold of course and just flat his raises with any type of value hand. It worked overall but at the end there he was hitting a few miracles. Ill take it though. For the better part of the day I was limited to just NL10 and NL25 so this session is even better than it looks on the graph.

Another good one! Still very light on 50NL action, in fact, only 124 hands at 50NL today. Cant wait to get up to 100NL, atleast can have some more stable sessions at a fixed limit but until then, just gotta keep on trucking, focusing on solid play.

Good luck, subbed. Remind me of myself, can be given solid strat and the only thing that holds me back is discipline to that strategy. I'm rooting for u

Absolutely man, its an evil demon inside you that you just gotta try to control. Its amazing how easy the game becomes once you do it though. I wish you the best of luck, if you have a blog please give me the link so I can follow along

4th winning day in a row but to be perfectly honest, i played terrible. Really really really poorly in multiple pots. Gave away roughly $140 in spew and I am lucky to escape with a win. Ive been emphasizing isolating fish more aggressively to go along with playing solid poker and ironically the spew came against regs where I leveled myself. Stupidity at its finest.

I had one but stopped playing almost two years ago. I intend to get back to it and will let you know when I do thanks. I think most of my discipline issues come from pushing myself to be aggressive against passive people to buy pots but they eventually find the top of their range and win back everything I "stole" from them and sometimes more lol

Awesome, welcome to the family!! That is very basic and straightforward so id say its good up to 10NL, maybe even as high as 50NL because it just works but if you like his style then def look into the CFP program they offer. It takes a lot of hardwork but the community is amazing and the results speak for themselves. If it does nothing at all other than make you actually achieve and accomplish **** by yourself then its worth it and thats what it has helped me the most with so far. Keep me updated

For stoploss I just use 5 x buyin @ highest limit. So because I played NL10-NL50 my stop loss is $250. Depends on you personally though.....I tend to hit a 2nd gear when I get near stoploss and can turn a lot of sessions around but some people cant.
