kiwihaze 200z/500z challenge

Hi guys,
Starting this thread for accountability purposes and to facilitate discussion on my journey in these games.
Crushed 2016 and 2017 in the Chinese Pokermaster games (It's not a secret anymore) but also am holding back for now due to regulation and it is always a little tricky getting RMB out of the country.
Played solid 200z winning around 4-5bb (500k hands approx) prior to jumping in Chinese games and losing at 500z. This year I've started to put more work into my 6max and currently winning at ev6.5bb in 200z and ev2/100 in 500z (only 120k hands though).
I am going to see if I can bump that win rate to 7.5 and 3 respectively without having to game select as much. I have a friend who's winning at about 8.5 and 7.0 in 200z and 500z but game selects quite hard which is definitely the right thing to do. I am in it for a battle though. In my opinion, 3bb/100 in 500z without table selecting is pretty good. I would say the best players are winning at no more than 7 with no table selecting.
Not going to hide behind the fact that I've made ridiculous errors/dumb plays which I am sure everyone has? I suppose the key is asking myself objectively what my thought process was and if it made sense.
I am also going to hold back on reg bashing as it doesn't make any sense to do so. No ego here!
